I’m reaching out because I find it completely unprofessional and disappointing that I was told to switch dentists when I tried to make an appointment. Personal disagreements should never interfere with patient care, especially when you’re in a management position. I expected you to handle the situation with professionalism, regardless of what’s going on between us. Instead, it feels like a personal issue was allowed to affect a patient decision — and that’s unacceptable. I may be your brother, but I’m also a paying patient entitled to fair and unbiased treatment. I’m not writing this to argue, but to make it clear that what happened crossed a line. I deserve the same respect and professionalism any other patient would receive.

I have been going to pacific dental since 2012. Initially things were great, but lately I have encountered super rude customers service from every single staff of this place. Again going for over a decade to one place and for them to treat me the way they did with my most recent interaction as of today was very unprofessional and unacceptable. Upon telling a staff member I called 4 times and your phone seems to have an issue , the answer with a loud tone voice by cursing my name was, How can I help you Nosheen??? I asked you to be placed on hold Tell me !!!!! Geezzz

They would not do a teeth cleaning as our Scan Dental plan stated. They claimed we needed deep cleanings and that the Scan plan only was for a polishing, not a cleaning. They wanted several hundred dollars for me and my wife to preform the necessary work. Our current dentist did the cleaning with no difficulty.

This dentist is great. I recommend him to anyone. Very caring and really tries not to cause pain. I started looking around for a new dentist because my old dentist was SO expensive and found Pacific Dental. They not only are very caring and courteous but also reasonably priced.

Calling them for 2 weeks already to make an appointment. No voicemail. Are you working or should I search for another dentist? And thx for wasting my time

I made a appointment to have my annual exam just moved to area for appointment in two days office is nice receptionist is OK Dr tong was really nIce his assistant was good n helpful I was in n out in hour n And half

Good place for a family dental, been going to Doc Tong for 20 years as well as my kids
