Dr. McDonough saw me for an emergency tooth ache I was having. She quickly found out a filling I had done over 20 years ago had broken and fell out. Dr. McDonough laid out the possible scenarios of the treatments that may be required prior to any work performed. I felt very informed and comfortable after hearing the thorough explanations. We decided to try to replace my damaged filling and she continued the informative narration of what she was doing and why the whole time. Dr. McDonough's numbing skills were absolutely impeccable, she should teach other dentists her technique! I didn't feel a thing throughout the whole process. Her assistant was attentive and expertly provided everything necessary during the process usually without even Dr. McDonough asking for it. They have honed their skills together and absolutely provided the best experience I've ever had in a dental chair! Thank you Dr. McDonough!

Dr McDonough has been my dentist since moving to San Clements. She was recommended by my peridontis. I have had a lifetime of major dental work. Which has resulted in me being a very anxious patient. She has always explained what procedures are needed and suggested options. She always listens and is very conscious of her patients fears and concerns. I highly recommend her.
