Mi experiencia en esta clínica fue muy buena, me sentí muy contenta; primero porque me reciben con un letrero de Welcome Carmen, que no he visto en otros sitios, fui recomendada por un compañero de trabajo, tanto las recepcionistas, la técnica que me realizó Rx y fotos, la Dra todos excepcionales profesionales, amables. Estoy agradecida por la atención recibida, pronto regresaré a concluir tratamiento.

Dr. Bishop and her team are always thorough, diligent and upfront with your cleaning, recommendations, diagnosis, and health plan. Always get a good gentle cleaning with little to no pain or discomfort. Glad i have been coming here for decades.

I absolutely love Alaa. She is so gentle when she cleans my teeth. She’s also very friendly and always shows she cares with recommendations for better oral health! Dr. Bishop is awesome too! Great practice with caring people.

I’ve been a patient for nearly 20 years and won’t be going back after today. I called to make an appointment for my husband & had no problem setting it up. The next morning at 7am Katina calls and says my account has an outstanding balance and will need to be paid. While I understand this is my own issue and the office needs to get paid, Katina had a terrible attitude and rude tone this entire conversation. I was asking questions trying to figure out the reason for the balance (since it was from years before) and instead of being helpful it seemed to annoy her more. Overall this could’ve been handled without at the attitude. I wasn’t trying to avoid paying just wanted to understand. I told her to cancel the appointment and while I work towards paying my bill I’ll find another dentist because I won’t be going back.
