I just had my very first visit at this dental practice and got to see Dr. Alicia Galvan. I have to say, from start to finish, the experience was amazing. Scheduling the appointment was easy, they got me in quickly, and every single person I interacted with was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire team made me feel comfortable immediately, and the environment was warm and inviting. They were also very thorough throughout the entire visit, taking the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel pressured or "sold" on anything. It felt honest, trustworthy, and genuinely patient-focused. Having worked in the dental field for over 22 years, I do not trust dental offices easily, so that says a lot. I was extremely happy with my visit and will absolutely continue seeing Dr. Alicia Galvan. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies working there — you were all amazing! Thank you for accommodating me so quickly and for making my visit such a comfortable, easy, and trusting experience.

I want to thank Julie so much for everything she did for me. She helped set up my appointment so fast and got me in as a walk-in as soon as possible. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. She helped me with payment plan options, patiently waited while I finished everything, and truly went above and beyond to help save a tooth I honestly thought I was going to lose. I’m extremely thankful for Julie and everyone there for getting me in within an hour and quickly helping relieve my pain. The care and compassion I received meant so much to me, and I truly appreciate everything they did.

I had a fantastic experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I want to give a special shoutout to Kelsea, who took my X-rays. She was incredibly gentle and patient, making what is usually an uncomfortable process feel totally seamless. I also want to highlight Julie at the front desk. I ran into some technical issues while trying to handle my payment, and Julie was an absolute lifesaver. She was incredibly patient and stayed by my side as we brainstormed and worked through the problem together until it was fixed. It is so rare to find a team where everyone from the clinical staff to the front office is this dedicated. It’s clear this team truly cares about their patients. I am extremely grateful and impressed. Highly recommend!

I was in pain for two days and was so grateful to find this dental office open on a Sunday. They were able to get me in right away. Angie and Kelsea were incredibly sweet and made my visit comfortable from the moment I walked in. I honestly felt like I was talking to people I’ve known forever. The doctor was very informative, took the time to explain everything, and most importantly helped relieve my pain. I truly appreciate the care and kindness from the entire team. Highly recommend!

Julie was amazing and walked through everything so smoothly with me. Kelsea did so awesome and gave wonderful compassionate care. The dentist I saw was amazing and took such good care of my teeth. He was considerate of the fact that I don’t do well at the dentist. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to everyone. I had a wisdom tooth extraction. It was quick and painless.

I was able to get in and see a provider within an hours. The office staff is super friendly. They took care of my issue and gave me a great referrals to continue my care. I would definitely recommend seeing them.

Kelsea did such a great smooth job and I would come to her all the time! She provides great hospitality and just makes sure you’re good and not uncomfortable. But I would recommend Kelsea when you come by because she’s great and excellent at her job.
