Smile Time Dental

I have been to three of the Smile Time dental offices, Granite Bay, Folsom, and Eldorado Hills. Between them they always find me an appropriate appointment, without a long wait, and the care has been excellent!! Double exclamation, on purpose. They are always kind, gentle, and the work has lasted well:) No wait for your appointment when you get there. I would, and have recommended them to anyone. Thank you, Smile Time!

This office is a total waste of time. I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal, and even though my insurance already approved the procedure, they tried to charge me an extra $170 without any clear reason. I’ve now been waiting nearly a month and still haven’t received proper care. Extremely unprofessional — I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is the worst!!! I have cancer so I had to stop my chemo to get my treatment. I did all the X-rays even had to pay for a 3d X-ray 180.00 . Got the appointment for the root canal. I said I have some anxiety they still made the appointment & took my money for the 3d X-ray. Then they call and say they can't do it because of my anxiety and I need to find a new dentist after 6 months of waiting, being off my chemo and paying the 180.00 . I need to find a new dentist because I have anxiety. I asked for my money back and now they say it was for a consultation so I'm not getting my money back and they are not doing any of they work I paid for . What ever you do don't tell them you have anxiety and give them money. They will NOT DO THE WORK!!!!! I'm heartbroken these people do care. Go at your own risk.

Terrible. They lied to us. They made my daughter cry at least twice and she isn't a little kid that cries easily. They have been rude. Dirty office. Now they want to charge us for her dental records $5 to the myhhub portal, $10 for email and $20 for hard copies. Ridiculous. I called 5 times in 8 days waiting in vain to hear back from a manager. Worst dental office we have ever been to. Awful experience.

First time going to this dentist office very unprofessional the reception is all she does is sit on her phone doesn’t help anyone when it come to an African-American patient she look past them and help everybody else will call it in on the number they’ll tell you that the coordinator will give you a call waste of coordinator Danny does not call you back my sister been waiting for months now for the coordinator to give her a call backBut every time we call they tell us all the coordinator will give you a call it’s been since June this year and the coordinator Danny does not call back very unprofessional and they treat their African-American patients bad
