Dr James is terrific! His support staff is always friendly and helpful. And his hygentist is excellent. I also think their charges are reasonable not outrageous as some dental offices. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been going to James Family Dentistry for years and years. The atmosphere and the staff is just a pleasant experience overall. Everything looks to be sparkling clean and if you’re lucky you get one of the end chairs overlooking the lake with the fountain and the big glass window. It totally puts you at ease if you’re not a fan of going to the dentist. If you’re looking for a dentist or even if you want to switch, I would highly recommend them. Ciara is usually my technician and she does the most thorough cleaning and so gently.
My husband and I have been patients at James Family Dentist for over 20 years! We choose them because Dr. James is always professional and thorough in treating our dental needs. The staff is also professional and kind, fun and cheerful! Dr. James has amazing skill when administering the numbing injection! James Family Dentist group is truly like family!
I had the most fantastic visit to this dentist office . Going to the dentist is not something anyone looks forward too however, I can honestly say this office and dental experience was a pleasure. The staff is great, the office clean. I have nothing negative to say .
Staff is professional. Cleaning was good. Doctor James examined my teeth. Found alot of cavities even though I had my teeth all fixed 6 months ago. Now I have to pay over $1200 out of pocket. I have other insurance that would have paid for it all but they don't take my dental insurance with Humana.
I moved to Port St. Lucie in 2020, and I still drive south 3 times a year to let them take care of my teeth. I’’ve been a happy patient since 2018. 😁
My daughter needed a quick appointment before leaving for college. JFD was able to get her in and address her concerns before taking off. Dr. James was fabulous as well as all techs and admin. Will definitely be back to have them care for our family’s dental needs.
