Overall wonderful experience. It truly felt like Dr. Ainley cared about what was going on with my teeth and is always friendly. Amelia his assistant was wonderful she answers all of my million questions with patience and a smile, and most importantly in a efficient & timely manner. They truly are the best I 10/10 recommend!!

Love this dentist. I have no dental insurance and am so grateful I discovered this place. The prices are more than reasonable. I was charged $350 for a root canal 😲 I paid more than that when I had insurance! I believe I paid $50 for extraction and $600 for a crown. $1900 for implant. He is only in this office on Tues. and Fri.

I absolutely would not recommend anyone go to Dr. Ainley. He may be OK to do minor dental work e.g., fillings etc., but not to do dentures. I started the process of getting a new upper partial denture on 4 Dec. 2020. I finally got the finished product on 9 July 2021. I am 87 years old, and I have had a partial upper denture since I was 15 years old. I have never had such an ordeal getting a partial made in my life. Dr. Ainley pulled two teeth which previously supported the dentures which left two holes in the dentures which made it difficult to chew my food, consequently I lost twenty-five pounds waiting for a new partial. Dr. Ainley blamed the delay on the laboratory. That is hard to believe when the laboratory is in Garland, TX which is only a few miles away. While waiting for my dentures I called numerous times, and left messages, but got no call back until I made the statement that I thought I was being scammed. I was given an appointment to get my dentures on 2 July 2021, but when I got to the office Dr. Ainley told me that the dentures had not arrived so I would have to make another appointment. Again, he blamed it on the Laboratory and said that the delay was due to the COVID pandemic. I do not believe that to be true either. I finally got my new dentures on July 9, 2021.

The absolute worst place. Terrible communications or the lack there of. Doctor or staff NEVER return calls, and I have called and left 8 messages! After FOUR MONTHS of waiting for a call back on a treatment plan, there has still been NO call back. If the Doctor does not know how to do the work or does not want to, a simple don't know or don't care is all that is needed. Will NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!
