Quiero expresar mi más sincero reconocimiento y agradecimiento a todo el staff de auxiliares, técnicos y médicos de Bayside Dental Rowlett por la esmerada atención, cariño y profesionalidad que brindaron a mi esposa y a mí recientemente, especial mención a Cindy que atiende en la recepción por su espontánea amabilidad y dedicación en nuestra atención. Recomiendo esta clínica 100%.

Every single person that works here is so wonderful!!! They helped me so much when I was shopping around for dental insurance versus going with their in house VIP services. I was pretty anxious that my years of dental neglect would end up costing me some major work but Dr Boeke was very honest at what work I needed to have a pretty mouth!! I give them a 10/10!

Had my dental cleaning last week and I had a great cleaning experience! 🤩 My hygienist Gabi was very gentle, thorough and very sweet. She made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this practice !

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’ve had minimal dental issues, however, going to the dentist has always terrified me. From my first phone call to schedule my appointment, the staff has been top tier. Teresa has such a delightful, bright personality and she made scheduling my cleaning seamless. My hygienist, I believe her name is Elise (I am so sorry if it’s not!) was outstanding. She noticed that I was nervous and was able to calm me down and reassure me. She also hums "My Shiny Teeth and Me" from Fairly Oddparents! Lol! That was a great distraction! My dentist, Dr. Charles, is extremely pleasant with great bedside manner as well! I got a filling this morning and he did an amazing, pain-free job. Love love love this dental office!!

I got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Charles and it was a great experience! The assistant, Stephanie, was wonderful and so gentle, and the front desk staff was amazing as well. Overall, a great experience!

My most recent visit to Bayside dental in rowlett was horrible. When you go to a dentist you trust them to do the right thing. In my case, I don’t believe that to be true. I went in to have a gold crown replaced. I was a little surprised about that and should have questioned it more. In fact, right before the procedure started I asked Dr Mata why and she said I guess there was decay. That should have been a black flag for me but I went ahead with the procedure. In the end my mount feels horrible and hurts to chew on that side. Additionally, my wife went in to have a tooth looked at because she fell and chipped the tooth slightly. Dr Mata said she could possibly need and root canal and also needed a crown. She scheduled the appointment to have the work done. Then we talked and decided to get a second opinion. The second in doctor took X-rays and said there was no crack and that only a small filling was needed to correct the chip. In our minds Dr Mata takes a very aggressive approach to her dentistry. That same day we called Bayside and canceled her appointment. In addition, we told the front desk to cancel our entire family’s appointments and that we would not be returning. Our experience was not great and that’s why we left. Just like anything, if your not comfortable with what someone tells you get a second opinion.
