I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Asrar and her amazing staff. From day one, they’ve been professional, caring, patient, and always made every appointment such a smooth experience. Dr. Asrar takes the time to explain everything and truly makes you feel comfortable and cared for. A special shoutout to the twins on the team — they were absolutely lovely with my kids whenever they came with me to appointments. Their kindness and warmth made such a difference and never went unnoticed. It’s rare to find a place that not only provides excellent care but also makes your whole family feel welcomed. And most importantly… I absolutely love my new smile! I’m so grateful for the care and attention that went into every step of the process. My son and I both received treatment at Big Smile Orthodontics, and our experience was excellent. Dr. A and her team are professional, patient, and genuinely care about their patients. They always took the time to answer our questions and address any concerns. Our treatment plans worked perfectly, and we are thrilled with the results! Wow! What a great orthodontist and treatment plan. Dr A is so detailed and did an amazing job with my kids teeth. She is so kind. The staff is wonderful and easy to communicate with whenever needed. My older kids had tradition braces and we did Invisalign with Dr A and are pleased with the process. Very happy that we went this route. We had a great experience at Big Smile. After more than 2 years of treatment we felt very satisfied with the overall service we received during this time. Not only Doctor and her entire team are very friendly during the entire time. Specially Doctor adjusted the treatment plan during the course and went over and beyond to help.
