Nu Smile has excellent customer service and everyone is so friendly and competent. I never have to wait long for an appointment if I need an unexpected dental visit. I was able to easily get my retainers here as well. I receive top notch dental care here and would not go anywhere else for my dental needs.

What a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, informative, and clear on what work needs to be done. Above all, they are extremely gentle while performing the services needed. The work was completed in this one visit, including my replacement crown. I have definitely found my new dentist (:-

I can't say enough about our incredible experience at Nu Smile Dental. My son, Christian, needed a crown, and after being turned away by multiple dental offices, we were feeling quite discouraged. That all changed when we met Dr. Kwan. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, and the environment was clean and comforting. Dr. Kwan went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he take on Christian's case without hesitation, but he also showed exceptional care and professionalism throughout the entire process explaining everything in detail. His expertise and gentle approach made Christian feel at ease, and the procedure was a success. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Kwan’s dedication and compassion. I truly am so glad I found Nu Smile Dental! After going to Miami and receiving fallacious veneers, I was in dire need of a real professional. Dr. Kwan was not only able to educate me on my veneers but he also has the experience to help me with them. There really aren’t words to describe how grateful I am for this amazing business and everyone who works here. I came in with severe dental phobia & had been putting off getting dental work done for 20 years due to horrible childhood experiences & trauma. No one at NuSmile made me feel bad about this. In fact, they completely understood and empathized with me. From the front office staff (especially Jake who I spoke to first when I first called in & once I heard his voice I knew I would be in good hands here) to every hygienist and both doctors, this dentist office is exceptional. I opted for the sedation dentistry and literally went in, took a pill, fell asleep, then next thing I know I am home and in zero pain or discomfort. All the dental work I needed was done while I was asleep. It was not painful, upsetting, or dangerous whatsoever. Today has been about 24 hours since my dental work & I am still without pain of any kind. Thank you, Dr. Kwan & Jake & Dr. Su & everyone for impacting my life so positively. I went from shaking & crying when even researching dentists to looking forward our next visit. I can’t believe it, actually. I am just so, so grateful. If you are scared of the dentist for any reason, please do not spend one second deciding; go here. You will be safe, cared for, and you will leave with your health.

Ever since discovering Dr. Kwan, I have never been more excited to visit a dentist. He gave me my confidence and self esteem back. Great dentist and great team! He uses the newest methods and is so knowledgeable that he can even use old methods. Highly highly recommend him! Thank you Dr. Kwan!
