My first visit I came in with a dental emergency and they fit me in despite being completely full for the day (two other dentists in other practices in the city declined). It was so kind and I was quite panicked as I was taking an international trip the next day. Everyone was so incredibly accommodating and caring. They were very attentive to my wellbeing. Dr. Schneider made me feel at ease and very welcome despite the last min urgent issue. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going here for dental cleaning. I am so tired of them trying to upsell me with with stuff every single time. They try to take x-rays every single time even though it is not needed in this frequency. They try to sell me fluoride treatment, this that new thing.. I am really tired of telling them no. I found out that this place is owned by a private equity firm so it all made sense to me. I will be switching to a different practice and make sure that they are not owned by an investment company.

Dr. Schneider and her staff are gentle, kind and knowledgeable. They do whatever they can to make me feel comfortable and satisf my questions.
