Dental Designers tiene un muy buen servicio, todos son muy amables. Me hicieron 2 root canals y estoy muy contento con los resultados.

I am so happy I found dental designers. Their operation hours are great since I don't get off work until 5 pm and most dentist are already closed by then. I started bringing my 6 year old for fillings and the Dr. Hansen is so great with kids makes her feel comfortable. During her fillings my daughter ended up falling asleep and even caught her snoring lol. No sedation needed. Now my daughter is no longer scared of dentists thanks to Dr. Hansen. I strongly recommend him.

Everything went well, I was sedated to get some teeth removed and it all went according to plan during and after for the most part! I had some bleeding but it all played out okay, Dr.Hansen is great with checking in to see if anything is new or bothering you when you come in for a check up. He helps work towards the goals you have set perfectly. I have bad teeth and need a lot of fixes and I’ve gone to Dr.Hansen for all the procedures so far.

I’ve been here a couple of times and no problems, the last appointment I was supposed to have to get my tooth fixed, they scheduled me for their latest appointment (6 pm) they OFFERED that time to me. The day of my appointment, I was HARASSED by the front desk staff via calls and MULTIPLE text messages asking if I could come in earlier. I stated that I lived 45 min away and was at work, so no I could only keep my original time. The girl said, great see you at 6! I get another text to reschedule. At this point, I called to see if there was a problem with my original time and was met with the NASTIEST attitude from the front desk staff who told me "well if you come at 6, nobody will be here so idk" I told them that they had offered this time to me and that I needed my tooth fixed before my orthodontic appt the next day. The girl at the desk said ok let me talk to the doc and call you back. I never got a call back. I went ahead and went to my appt at scheduled time only to find out they canceled it without telling me. Days later I talked to the "manager" who didn’t have an explanation and said she would give me a call back. It’s been days, no apology, no call back nothing. Very unprofessional and their attitude SUCKS.

The follow up visit and care provided was a peasant and respectful encounter since arrival to the end of it. Dr Hansen and his staff were very professional and friendly. The assessment and the service provided were clearly explained. I strongly recommend Dr Hansen as an outstanding and caring provided as well as his staff!

ok i honestly don’t remember much because i was very sedated BUT i will say this was the best expierence ive had at any dentist! i typically have severe panic attacks when it comes to dental work due to a bad experience when i was younger, so when i found out dental designers took my insurance AND was willing to do the work under sedation- i was ecstatic! they were able to remove my broken tooth that was causing me severe pain AND all 4 of my wisdom teeth that were impacted. im honestly not in much pain either, just a little sore where they had to do stitches on the left side. i traveled here from Bloomington- and even tho it’s about a 2 hour drive- i will be back here from now on! they made me feel so comfortable. thank you so much Dr Hanson & techs!!
