Dr. Manap and her team — Amy and Leslie — were terrific. This was my first visit after changing dentists, and the experience was excellent. The entire visit was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Truly a 5-star experience.

Amy was very upbeat pleasant and great communicator! She filled in for Jess! Jess did return after her appointment and we had a nice chat!! They are both wonderful ladies! My appointment was enjoyable!! May all at Westfall have a Merry Christmas and a Great New Year!! Cheers Jim Bishop

I have been a patient of Westfall Dental Group/Westfall Dental Studio for about 30 years. That says something right there. From check-in to check-out the practice is pleasant and professional. Going to the dentist is never at the top of my "Things I want to do today" list but every time I go, I leave feeling glad I went. I have learned from staff through the years how to take better care of my teeth and it has paid off! They are caring, efficient, patient and friendly. I am grateful to have had - and will continue to have - the excellent care from the dentists and hygienists there at Westfall.

Westfall Dental has great staff and dentists. It's located in nice area with ample parking. The office is exceptionally clean. I've been a patient of Dr. Clement for many years. He's professional, friendly, and caring. He recently pulled a fractured tooth and took his time, no pain or bruising afterward. I totally trust him. Referred me to Roc Periodontists for implant. My hygienist Kelly is wonderful, always professional and upbeat. I worked for medical group and the doctor and office manager who retired and moved out of state return to Rochester for their dental visits. I highly recommend this practice.

The office staff is always friendly and courteous. I enjoy the clean, calm and quiet facilities. Dr. Clement is awesome and a car guy ! Kelly is a fantastic hygentist who's always friendly and upbeat.

I have been going to Dr. Clement for 30 years. He and his staff are always professional and very friendly. The few times I had a dental issue, I was always seen very promptly. I would highly recommend him and his practice!

My cleaning specialist Amy is great. I’ve seen her for hygiene cleanings/ X-rays for many years. At the end of my 30 min cleaning and X-rays, I waited in the chair for 35 minutes to be seen by a dentist, before excusing myself and going to the front to get my bill. At the front counter, I was told that w the new owner, I had to pay my bill, which had obviously gone up in the last year, before leaving as that was the new policy. I didn’t argue and paid right there. I have been going to this dental practice for over 35 years. Never did I not pay my bill. They used to send it thru my insurance first, and then let me pay the remainder. I know change is inevitable but, it didn’t feel like the same place?
