WNY Dental is very accommodating and welcoming. The entire team is professional, and the dental assistants are truly exceptional-kind, attentive, and great at making you feel comfortable. From check-in to the actual appointment, everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend WNY Dental!

My hygienist listened to my past problems with other dentist offices which caused me terrible dental anxieties. I tell you I feel like I went to dental heaven LOL! Not only did she listened she took care of mouth as if she was picking up a newborn. Marie is an angel 😇 I kid you not. I kept calling the dentist sir praying he was as good as she was and I tell you Simply Amazing he was just as caring as she was😍 Mark (he couldn't take it me calling him sir LOL) THANK YOU for the wonderful work you both have done so far. I feel truly blessed.

My mother had a terrible experience. The assistant and doctor were incredibly rude to me. Have been in for two consultations. Refused to treat her. because I hadn’t had a dental cleaning first. Said they did not have any of my records. Told me "I don’t make the rules. He said he owns the practice… HE MAKE THE RULES." Don’t waste your time here.

Greece office sucks. Incompetent staff. Had confirmed appointment today. After waiting for 30 mins in waiting room. Inquired why the wait, staff looked around for my hygienist. Told me she wasn't there and didn't realize that when I checked. This is not the first time this has happened! My appointment was confirmed last week!! Go somewhere else. I'm looking for a new dental office,after 10 plus years!!

Right in front of me the hygienist said, "I don’t have time for this. It’s been a long week and I want to go home." Ok - like I’m going to trust you in my mouth.

When I started going here in 2016 there was a wonderful women that helped me with my dental anxieties. They were fantastic. My wife started going here also shortly after. When we had kids we brought them here. In the last 2 years it's gone drastically downhill. Continued collection notices every other month because they don't submit enough proof (i.e. measurements and X-rays) for procedures to be covered by insurance that are done with their consent. Mind you, I have state insurance that is phenomenal and pays for nearly everything. The book keeping is just absolutely garbage. Constant cancelled appointments which are a horrible inconvenience. I work 45 min away and I schedule months in advance for 330pm appointments. I have not seen a repeat cleaning person in 2 years. I don't know what happened to this location, but I feel it has been overrun by garbage and failing due to turnover. Before I call it quits on WNYDental, I'll try there sister locations, which conveniently enough Gates and Penfield are always a pleasure to deal with on the phone since stone ridge doesn't answer the calls or resolve any of my problems with scheduling, insurance and billing. In this day and age it is quite depressing when a cookie jar you respect and trust is defecated in as they are very few and far between. RIP Stone Ridge....

On the plus side the care has been very good. They seem to be using up to date techniques and the dentists seem to be very good. I've had mixed results with the rest of the staff; some are friendly and some scold. And the billing has errors. They have billed me for services I never received. After telling me the billing had been corrected I have gotten another bill. Assuming I do get this corrected I may go looking for a new dental practice.
