I absolutely love Southwedge Dental and recommend them to everyone. I actually look forward to going to the dentist bc Dr. D and Ashley are so cool. If you’re an anxious patient, this is the place for you. Dr D and Ashley are both incredibly patient and kind and let you know what they’re doing every step of the way. And they aren’t judgmental in the slightest if you haven’t been to the dentist in some time. Normally at any sort of medical appointment I can’t wait to get out of there but when I’m getting my teeth cleaned I just close my eyes and listen to Dr. D’s and Ashley’s banter and genuinely enjoy myself. I trust them completely when it comes to my dental care.

Great place to get your dental care needs met. Great staff and the dentist is awesome. He removed a wisdom tooth and I felt nothing. Literally lol Great customer service and he has these 2 cute little dogs.

Dr. D has been my dentist for the past 3 years and he is nothing short of amazing. Great bedside manner and a wonderful storyteller. I really value his expertise, care, and caution about any dental issues that have come and gone in this time.

I moved here 5 years ago and this is the first and only place I've gone. Dr. DiDonato does thorough, gentle work. They have incredible communication from scheduling, to payments, to what is going on during your appointment and what your best options are in any situation. Everyone in the office is exceptionally kind, you'll have a great experience all around.

Would definitely recommend this dentist. He was friendly, spoke calmly and softly to me the entire duration of my cleaning, and explained everything that happened as it happened, including painful parts. Anything that was painful was because I haven't been flossing properly, and he didn't shame me for that either. Overall, his 30 years of experience definitely showed in his work with me, as he was very skillful both in cleaning my mouth with as little pain as possible, and with comforting patients.

Dr. DiDonato takes the time to present you with all available options when you need work done, and furthermore, takes the time to educate you on why one option may be favorable over another. He explains things using terminology that is easy to understand and patiently answers any and all questions. Additionally, he fully understands the financial stress unexpected dental work can put on an individual and works with you to find a treatment plan that is financially feasible. His staff is also wonderful. They are patient, kind, and also work to ensure you are informed and comfortable with all decisions before you make them.

I highly recommend Dentist Joseph Didonato. He is very friendly, kind, considerate to his patients, and he makes sure that there is no pain whatsoever. He works around your schedule and location to make sure you only have to go as many times as necessary. I drive two hours one-way to go and he makes the travel well worth it. -Karla Nichols
