Dr Bacchetta, Lori and the rest of the staff are absolutely phenomenal. I went to them with an oral emergency, was seen the very next day and the day after that, was in for a cleaning and a plan was made. I have a very severe and real fear of the dentist and the entire time I was there, I felt like I was wrapped in a bear hug. I was treated with care, compassion and dignity. I can honestly say, I have found my forever dentist. I could not recommend them any higher!!! Thank you to all of the amazing staff!!!

I have a definite phobia to dentists and my teeth have suffered for it. Dr. Bacchetta is the only dentist that never judged me and just took care of my problems. My teeth now look and feel better than they ever did. His staff was fantastic and always answered all my questions.

I've been visiting WNY Dental for the past few years and back when my teeth/gums weren't in the best of shape. I practiced poor dental hygiene and developed periodontal disease, tooth sensitivity, and cavities. Lori and Dr. Bacchetta are very good at the (major) cleaning I need at every visit and defining a clear treatment path to insure my teeth continue to be as healthy as they can be.

Lori is the best and she is very personable. Makes my visit enjoyable. Dr. Bacchetta is great as well. Always friendly and listens to my concerns. Staff is helpful and professional.

I just recently retired & went with this office for a dentist @ the Gates office recommend which is to value for recommendation aren't easy to come by. I have always been very satisfied with the dental care I have received & will continue to receive excellent dental care no matter what location I go to.
