I have seen Dr Pocialik on many occasions at a different office and I was shocked that he left. So happy, I was able to locate him. He is an amazing dentist who is honest and who doesn’t try to upsell or do procedures that are not necessary. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I plan on returning to him as my new but old dentist. 🙂
I last went to see Dr. McLean in December 2024 and at that time made my 6 month appt. When I went in for my six month appointment it was a new practice, with a new dentist. I have seen Dr. McLean for 25+ years so I was shocked when I walked in. Dr. Pocialik said he bought the practice in January and it was kept secret. I am going in one more time to see if my bite guard still fits but I will be switching dentists. The front desk was a little rude when I was trying to ask questions (same people as before though so I thought that was odd), I didn't have the hygenist I usually have, and Dr. Pocialik is fine, but I'm very bothered by the fact that I saw the same dentist for 25+ years and they just retire and someone new is just there. He was no Dr. McLean. They also don't even send you home with a toothbrush and little toothpaste anymore. I will be switching sadly.
Always an enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and the doctor is kind and knowledgeable.
Dr Pocialik is very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. All of the staff greets you and makes sure you're satisfied with your work before leaving.
