This was the worst dental experience ever! My son needed to be sedated for a dental procedure due to special needs. We do not have any special needs dentists in our area who do sedation, so this was over an hour drive for us. At the initial consultation Dr. Lawrence was way too far in our personal space & faces, it was uncomfortable. Then when leaving they had us sign an agreement that if we canceled we would be charged like $300. On the day of the procedure, we were only 10 minutes from the office (8:30am appt) when the office called to cancel. The doctor was ill or hurt himself. I asked to reschedule as my sons teeth needed a root canal & teeth extracted so it needed to be done ASAP, but the secretary told me they couldn’t reschedule right then because they didn’t know how long the doc would be out. I asked for a referral somewhere else & they couldn’t give me one. I asked for my payment I already made back, or at least partial since the procedure was not going to be done, and they denied me! I would NEVER suggest this office to anyone, especially with a special needs child!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff at this office. They made me and my son feel very comfortable, and believe me, my son does not feel comfortable going to the dentist. He's 22 now and this is the first time he had xrays taken and fillings done. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist for a special needs patient. They are very knowledgeable and compassionate.

Horrible experience tried to make my son an appt for a cavity he is special needs just need a cavity filled under sedation. Instead they want to do a cleaning and full X-rays for one tooth I have an X-ray from another Dentist they quoted me 5-6 hours at $580.00 an hour. When all I need is a cavity filled on. They could care less if a child is in pain its all about the money. Very discriminatory against people with special needs.

Never see this man (he's a creep and here's why) My first issue with this place is when my mother and i pulled into the parking lot, an employee had just walked in. We walk up to the door and it's locked. We're knocking and knocking for a good 4-5 ish minutes until some lady walked out and goes, "Oh did I lock the door?" We get back there and it's taking a while, which isn't a big deal to me. I'm a pretty patient person. Anyway, he comes in and is a little too close for my comfort. He puts his hand on my leg, he touches my arm, he tugged on my hair and said "you have beautiful hair." Might I add I was 15 at the time (one year ago) ALSO he touched my mouth guard without gloves or washing this hands, and he was running his fingers through his crusty hair. Then he PUT THE THING IN MY MOUTH LIKE EW. After all of this was done he was trying to sell his brothers dentistry to us. And we had said no, yet he still persisted. Plus he wanted to do a root canal while I was put under and there was no way In hell I was letting this man be alone with me while I'm asleep. So that was my experience. Take it as you please.

I don't understand what happened. I was told how great the office was ran when Jamie was the resceptionist and didnt hear about any time wasted on appointments where they forgot to do something and would need to reschedule things, when arriving for your appt on time. I take tying your scrub pants In front of patient highly offensive, too. Tried giving the benefit of the doubt but were onto a series of appointments where something goes wrong within the office or preparation info isn't relayed to patients. This office sees the disabled and it breaks my heart to think that someone else's time can be taken advantage of.

The reception lady is not respectful at all, when we did not get to an agreement she hang up the phone with our ending the conversation, I thought that we got disconnected, so I called back to continue our conversation and asked her if she hang up the phone, she said yes and hang up again. This is not right and she should be more respectful specially she is dealing with families who have special need kids and passed through a lot and need help.

I have been going here for years after needing a root canal. Have had no problems with the office or staff. Easy in easy out. The rest of my family also uses this office with no complaints .
