we stopped going there after Dr. Kual misdiagnosed and mistreated a dental problem. It was close to quitting time on Friday afternoon, and he hastily applied a filling to an ailing tooth. It did not fix the problem, and after examination by my original dentist it was discovered the tooth needed a root canal. I actually thought of asking for a refund of the fees that I paid, but decided it wasn't worth the hassle. This was unprofessional to diagnose a problem so hastily, and then apply a needless treatment at a cost of hundreds of dollars. Neither my son or I will be going there again.

Dr. Kowal (not that he deserves to be called Dr. because he’s the worst dentist in Michigan. First of all he screamed at me for missing my appointment after I explained a family member died suddenly .Even his staff member told me he was out of line. Another one of his staff members that she’s the billing was very unprofessional on the phone telling me if you can’t afford to make payments I shouldn’t get treatment. Well I was able to afford it and paid her once she was done insulting me. I didn’t know I owed it . It was only 40 dollars and I didn’t get a bill mailed to me.I saved the best for last. He accidentally ruined the Enamle on my tooth. He did a hack job and what I mean by that is he worked on the wrong tooth that wasn’t infected and ruined the enamel on it after prior to that appointment the tooth had no issues. I have another dentist who has agreed and will be testifying in court. My point of writing this is to save other people from going to him. He has no business being a dentist I’m not trying to just ruin someone career for no reason . He needs to stop practicing.

Dr. Hibbeln and my hygienist Sue, are the best ever. Professional and friendly.Extremely knowledgeable. Always a positive experience. Have been going to this dental practice for years.

They are the best. Dr Hibbeln is straight forward, timely, super friendly and good at her job. Love the staff too.

After canceling on me multiple times because of Covid this place let me go as a client because I missed an appointment. Not only did I need immediate help and was not accommodated but they were completely unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I have nothing but great things to say. Dr. Kowal and his staff have been awesome. I choose to drive over 40 minutes to continue going there.

Would not recommend.
