I am a first time patient here and was highly impressed with the staff and sevice. The office is very relaxing and comfortable with great music. The reception staff worked with me around my travel schedule. Anita did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and did a good and thorough oral cancer exam, not all dentists do a thorough oral cancer exam. Dr. Johnson was great with her exam and advice. I have scheduled again in 6 months and have an appoinment for my husband as well. I believe we have found our permanent dentist and office. Thank you all at Roller & Johnson Dentistry. You guys ROCK!

The entire staff at Roller & Johnson were professional, courteous, and friendly. Rachael, the hygienist was gentle, and assisted with my vertigo issues. Dr. Johnson explained my dental issues in a very respectful and understandable way. I would highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been coming to Roller and Johnston Dentistry for 12 years. I’m not a good "dental patient" as I have had lots of work on my teeth my entire life. The staff has helped me overcome my fears, reduced my anxiety and always help me to conquer the task ahead. Whether it’s a crown, pulling a tooth, a cavity or just a regular cleaning. The dental hygienists (Kim or Gail) always spend time to help make my experience well. (They type in notes, about what worked well for each individual patient) so the next hygenist does the same. Dr. Amanda Johnson is also the best!!! So personable and praises you. She uplifts you as if you were her own. So, if you are a "nervous Nellie" or just a "normal" dental person. Roller and Johnston are Wonderful!!!

Terrible customer service. The receptionist called me to say I had an appointment scheduled for a specific day this after I had waited over a month for a return call to confirm it. The woman proceeded to verbally attack me over the phone, saying: 1. She demanded to know why I had gone to another clinic for my dental cleaning and other procedures. 2. She told me that everything would be strictly "out of pocket," without offering any recommended payment options. 3. I explained to her that I had other medical appointments and didn't even know which clinic she was calling from; she responded only with aggression and disrespect. 4. Once I finally understood what the appointment was for, I told her that I had already had the procedure done; with a terrible attitude and practically shouting at me, she asked if I didn't intend to cancel the appointment. I had absolutely no idea this appointment even existed; I had waited a very long time for some kind of call or confirmation regarding it. I felt completely humiliated, and—needless to say—I will never recommend this place.

Dr. Roller and his staff are fantastic. I highly recommend them! They care deeply about their patients and do great work!

This was the cleanest, friendliest dentist I’ve ever been to. I was seen almost immediately and the dr found something that the prior office I went to didn’t. I highly recommend making this place your home for all your dental needs! As a bonus they even gave me ideas for places to eat and shop while I was in Roanoke. I will definitely make the drive to come back it was worth it.
