I have been going to Dr. Surat for over 20 yrs. since I moved here from Florida. My brother recommended him and he has been wonderful. Never do I mind my appointment . He is so very gentle and Karen his assistant {wife} equally so. They are thorough and so fun to be around. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Surat and staff are amazing. I have been a client for over 26 years and only hope he NEVER retires. He is professional, funny, kind and compassionate, always making sure you are comfortable. Thank you for being the BEST Dentist, ever!
I have always had a fear of dentist but NOT with Dr. Surat he is awesome! My whole family sees him and I'm really glad that he was recommended to us years ago. Anytime I have had a dental problem he has went above and beyond for us. Dr. Surat is great at his job and makes sure you are comfortable while having work done and not over priced like others.

I cannot recommend Dr. Surat and all of his staff enough. Of all the dental work that I have had in my life( all too much, trust me), I have never felt so safe and comfortable in someone's professional care. I always leave their office satisfied and they are always willing to answer my questions honestly. If you need a dentist in Roanoke, look no further 🙂
I've been going to Dr. Surat for 16 to 17 years. He and his staff are superior to any other dentists I have visited in my 69 years of life. He and his wife are of utmost characteristic qualities in their practice and their personal lives and family. He and his staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and he will even joke with you at times to make you laugh when you're thinking you may have some pain (never do though!)! It's a delight to visit there and I would never have thought I would ever say that in my lifetime! I'm so thankful God placed them in my life! I truly am blessed at this stage of my life to have them there for me!
