This clinic will lie to your face. They would not release me for knee replacement surgery unless I let them pull a tooth that was slightly loose and was necessary to hold up my partial. Because it takes several months to get on the schedule for knee replacement I had no choice but to let them pull my tooth so I could have the surgery 4 days later. The tooth was not infected, had a root canal and a special crown designed for my partial. I was told Medicare would pay for pulling the tooth because it was necessary for pre surgical approval. They never billed Medicare and sent me a bill 5 months later for $245 dollars. I ask the receptionist how much I owe before I left and was told that I don’t owe anything. Then they sent me a bill for $85 dollars because Medicare didn’t pay for all of it, but when I called to inquire I was told to ignore it and I owed nothing. Today I paid $245 dollars so they don’t ruin my credit. Stay away from this clinic.

I have had two doctor referral sent, from different doctors. Since December 3rd I have called 3 times, left 2 voicemail and spoken directly to Whitney about why I was denied. I was told she would ask the doctor who approves the referrals and get a call back, yet to happen. I am immunocompromised, physically disabled to the point my mobility is limited and I must walk with a cane, and also have autism and ADHD. According to their own Carilion hosted site, I am exactly who would be accepted. I was told I don't fit their mission statement. This is illegal, discrimination, and a barrier to care according to federal guidelines.

The best dentist and front window service EVER!! They are very good at what they do. I was seeing Mrs. Natalie Powell aka the best dentist ever! She’s leaving I’m going!😁 But I had mine clean today. And the lady that did my cleaning has always done my cleaning after my surgery. Can’t recall her name but she LOVES football! She’s EXCELLENT I mean EXCELLENT! She’s my second favorite. I was scared to go to the dentist my whole life. I’m 48. Then I got oral cancer and had extreme surgery. Carillon Clinic Dental Care went over and beyond taking care of me. I had to have cleaning, filling and needed a prosthetic. I lost 3 teeth and my sinus was exposed! I’m 6’3" 270lbs and them little lady’s took care of me for the past 2 almost 3 years. So much where you can’t even tell when I smile! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! The receptionist are the very best! ..sweet and beautiful! Made me feel at home. I didn’t care how long I wait. I knew they was working Miracles back there! I highly recommend them!

I've been here several times now and the last couple of time have just been terrible customer service.. it has gotten to the point at this last appointment that I just shut down and let them finish the appointment. The first few times the people were great.. the last few times they just wouldn't talk or anything. Not to mention I had a name change and they still haven't changed my name on file and just wants me to go by my maden name (which isn't on my insurance card).

My wife got four teeth pulled and they used dirty utensils now her mouth is extremely infected I am taking her to the hospital she is pregnant this is bullshit she plans to sue
