The best experience for a dentist! I had gone to another dentist and they had told me I would need at least 4 extractions. Here they were so thorough and I needed only 2. The hygienist was extremely helpful with my many issues and recommended so many was to help with my dry mouth and extreme mouth sensitivity. The office staff was so very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. No issues at all and it was not at all painful for me! Best decision to make the 2 hour drive here!

The staff was terrific. Treated me like a king. Everything went well I have a couple questions though for my denture which I'll call and make an appointment for that otherwise everything is great. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends that are in need.

We traveled to Roanoke this past week. On the way, Bob's bottom denture broke. We contacted Aspen Dental Tanglewood and were able to get an appointment the next morning. The people were friendly, sympathetic, and very professional. They were able to see Bob multiple times that day, and Wednesday and by Thursday, Bob had new dentures! Huge shout out to Jason for the actual creation of the dentures, and to Shaylen for her compassionate care! The entire staff deserves recognition for making us feel valued and for working hard to make sure we had what we needed before we left town. Thank you, all!

The best dental experience I've ever had. Went in for a new set of dentures and got A++ service, from the time I walked in the receptionist to the ladies doing my fitting and cleaning it was a great experience. . Everything was explained in detail from treatment to cost.

Amanda was great!! The office manager helped me out when I didn’t have enough money to cover what I needed and he made sure I was able to get what I needed to not only get the work done I but to make sure my entire mouth was healthy for the long term. Would highly recommend to anyone having any dental issues big or small the whole team at the tanglewood location is great.

I came to this office in pain and to discuss getting dentures. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. I told her I was there for my appointment. She checked and said my appointment was made for the Lynchburg office. Not sure what happened there but she canceled it and got me in to this location. She was very helpful and kind. I was called to the back within minutes which I thought was impressive. The dental assistant was very sweet and kind. Easy to talk to. Then after X-rays I saw the dentist, Dr. Ferreira. I explained that I had been in pain with my upper teeth for a long time and I wanted to discuss having the teeth I had left on top takin out and getting dentures. She took the time to listen and made me feel as if she really cared about my pain and wanted to help. She did an exam and we discussed a treatment plan. Then she had a hygienist check my bottom teeth as well. She was also very nice and took the time to listen to my concerns. Both her and the dentist’s demeanor made me feel very comfortable. I then saw Will, the office manager. He was great at explaining in detail what my treatment plan options were and the costs. After a few minutes of Q and A he was able to come up with a treatment plan that fit my budget. He was very helpful and professional. Then I had another dental assistant that did my impressions who was also easy to talk to and eased my anxiety. I feel terrible that I don’t remember everybody’s name that worked with me that day as they all deserve recognition. Everyone treated me with empathy and zero judgement. The reason I gave five stars is because it’s not an option to give more. I feel like for the first time in years I have found a new dentist office that makes me feel like family. Robert M.
