I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Aspen Dental. I called because I had a cracked denture that is still covered under the seven-year warranty I was promised when I purchased it. I explained that this was an urgent issue, but I was told I had to schedule and complete a periodic exam before they would address the broken denture. After completing the exam, I was then told they would not repair my denture under warranty unless I paid for additional dental services that had nothing to do with the denture repair. I was ultimately sent home with a broken denture and no resolution. What makes this even more frustrating is that the same denture cracked in February and Aspen Dental repaired it at that time. Less than four months later, it has broken again in the exact same spot, which raises serious concerns about the quality of the previous repair. I purchased this denture because of the seven-year warranty, yet when I needed warranty service, I was met with obstacles and pressure to purchase unrelated treatments. I followed their instructions, completed the required exam, and still left with a broken denture. I simply want Aspen Dental to honor the warranty and stand behind the product they sold me.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Jordan Myrtle was not one i would like repeat. If you're interested in simply being a passenger, in her recliner, with words that pass you, at no less than, 75 WPM, speaking AT YOU, & not to you, being told, what SHE will be doing, with NO REAL CONCERN, of any comment you may have, then THIS IS, the dentist for you. Dr. Myrtle has no, "bedside" manner, and quite honestly, if she did, it would not be genuine. She is just too, rapid fire ready to move on to the next thing, as though you are merely a minor interruption, that needs to be scheduled for a future date. This review is not meant to be mean-spirited, however, I do believe that the necessity for someone to speak up is imperative. Even this review, I'm sure, will most likely be shrugged off by Dr. Myrtle. Until Dr. Myrtle is treated in the same manner, as she treats others, and it "penetrates the heart", to where she understands, just exactly what others felt from her actions, she will continue on her way with no change. That is my interpretation, of Dr. Jordan Myrtle My advice is, SLOW DOWN, take a few steps back, LISTEN with REAL CONNCERN, speak TO, your potential patient, & NOT, AT them. Most people are not looking for a Dr. that is FAST, but one that will TAKE TIME to HEAR their questions & concerns. (Unfortunately, to post, you are REQUIRED to give ONE star.)
