I’m pretty certain I’ve only ever left one review and it was on a fantastic campground by the ocean in Germany. This was my most favorite dentistry experience to date and I’m getting considerably old. The reception was polite and quick to process me as a first time patient. I was welcomed back by a fantastic hygienist, Raquel. We had a wonderful conversation as she got my teeth clean. Leaving me with a number of tips to extend the health of my teeth and gums. Then, Dr. Adams came in to inspect further, giving me a clean bill of health. He stuck around to welcome me to the practice and provide greater detail on the sleep guard appliance they offered for people with sleep apnea like me. I look forward to my 6 month follow up. Who said the dentist couldn’t be enjoyable?

As someone who gets extremely anxious about going to the dentist, getting my teeth cleaned here was a wonderful experience. Madison did a great job, and is so calming and kind. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bill Adams has been my dentist for many years. I am one of those very nervous patients but he has ALWAYS put my needs first and is so kind and patient. His wonderful assistant, Pavi, is the best, as are all of the staff. He and the entire team make going to the dentist less scary! I am always grateful for Dr. Adams excellent work, professionalism and how he really cares about his patients.

I came into the facility and immediately I was met at the front desk by two smiling receptionists. My hygienist met me within 5 minutes and we got caught up on family and friends. Frankly it’s like family there. I never thought that going to the dentist would be so pleasant. My hygienist explained what she would be doing and did a great job! They have taken care of my mouth for about 20 years and I have absolutely no complaints. I love the staff, hygienists and doctors--I noticed that there is not much turnover, which tells me that people enjoy working here. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the care for the patients is superb and the technology is always up to date. I highly recommend this office--realy great people.

Brittany, my hygienist, was more knowledgeable and incredibly personable. She lets you know what she is doing so you can be assured of the care you are being provided. I can’t say enough good things about Brittany!, She is incredibly gentle during the cleaning and made my visit a pleasant one. I will absolutely be a continuing patient and cannot recommend Brittany and Doc Graham enough.

PERFECT FOR KIDS. Absolutely excellent. Dr. Randolph is THE BEST DENTIST in Richmond. I took my three year old and both her and Bethany were incredible. He was smiling and loved his visit. Baby boy is actually excited to go back. Thank you Grove ave
