The reviews here look A LOT like AI. Please be careful and use discernment. There are other dentists in the area. The ER can give antibiotics and mild pain reliever if needed.

I’ve used this service twice in the past three years. Both experiences were solid. This last time around was especially good. I needed my tooth bonded before my brother’s wedding (I chipped it during the bachelor party). Yeah, don’t ask me how. Anyway, 1800 Emergency Dentist was able to connect me with a Richmond 24 hour dentist, and she bonded my tooth well in advance of the wedding so I was good to go on the big day!

Cracked my tooth on a late-night snack, but this team swooped in with a perfect fix. Dentist laid out every step simply, clinic was clean and calm. Tackled my emergency with speed and finesse. Richmond’s best for urgent dental care—couldn’t be happier!

This is a joke. Rude male the answered phone. I was able to rattle off what was going on. His reply was a quick we are booked call back Monday. Not 1 suggestion, offer of help, I didnt even hear remorse in his voice. But I got a quick dial tone when he hung up before I could utter a noise of a response. Called 7 different times afterwards using different zipcodes. No one answered and the voice mail is full. Thanks for the help...
