Ford Avenue Family Dentistry

I'm visiting from California for a reunion. On the flight here I had a raging toothache that never let up for 2 days. I called Ford Family Dentistry. The front office staff were all warm and engaging. They got me in within 3 hours and were so kind. The assistant, Shay took xrays and explained that I had a tooth that was so severely decayed that it probably needed extraction. Dr. Wright said the same. He was very concerned that I enjoy my family reunion and manage my pain. He prescribed antibiotics and pain relief with a strong advisement to contact my Dentist as soon as I got home. His kindness and treatment planning were so appreciated. They saved my trip, as by the next day my pain was managed. I had a fabulous trip and owe it to them. They were very affordable and the office is lovely. If I lived here, Ford Family would be our family dentist. Highly recommend!!

Staff were very friendly. The office was very clean and tidy. Dr. Wallace took time to explain the procedure to me and answered all my questions. He was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable.His assistant Nurse Loni was very efficient too. I was recently in need of a qualified dentist for an issue I should have taken care of some time ago. Ford Avenue Family Dentistry easily took care of the issue in a speedy and attentive manner. I appreciate the services of Dr. Wallace and the staff. They are a lighthearted bunch and very accommodating. Very clean and orderly facility.

I had such a wonderful experience today! I was so scared to go to the dentist because I had a terrible experience at my previous one. I legit almost canceled. The moment I walked in, I was stunned at how pretty the office was. Everyone was so polite and efficient. My dental hygienist was an angel. I had to bring my ten month old son and she had him entertained the entire time. She was extremely thorough in her cleaning and gentle with one of my sensitive teeth. Dr. Patel was incredible and kind as well. I went in feeling anxious and scared but left feeling hopeful and happy.

I LOVE Ford Ave Dentistry. The staff are seriously the sweetest and so easy to work with. Dr. Patel is one of the most amazing dentists I've ever encountered. She takes you seriously and truly listens to what is going on while working WITH you on a treatment plan unlike other dentists who seem to force a bunch of excessive work on you. She is also one of the most gentle dentists I have had the pleasure of having, she will even apologize if she thinks she did something to hurt you. That alone makes her absolutely wonderful.
