They scheduled me with an dental appointment on Friday 24, 2024 at 2:30pm. As I arrived for my appointment the office was closed up tight as a drum. Then a elderly man walked up to the door and also fount it closed. Then and elderly couple arrived and found it also closed. I waited for 30 minutes and still closed..if the receptionist what schedules appointment knew that the dental office was going to take a 4 day weekend they should of called or texted the patient so that they don't drive up to the dental office. This is what I call poor management skills.

I love the service. I have been with this company since I was I 10 yrs old. Trust the doctors here. Never had a problem with the staff. Of course their are some people who don't read what they sign about cancellation fees. Highly recommended on my behalf.

They injected my wife with Novacane into a vein in her mouth!! It went into her bloodstream and she got extremely ill! She wasn't even able to get the extraction she needed because she became so ill! She immediately got very dizzy and started throwing up! This is a classic case of dental malpractice! I urge and warn all of you to stay away from this place! Very scary experience!!!!

Very rude girls in the front office. they change doctors all the time. they always want there way, not the patient way. they charge you for canceling appts 25 per patient. Very unprofessional for them not to let you know some procedures. They make you sign ahead of time all proceders being done without having them done.
