Veo algunos comentarios sobre que la recepcionista no es amable, deberías preguntarte si tú eres amable con la recepcionista? Yo tengo alrededor de 4 años llevando aquí a mis hijos y hasta ahora siempre han sido muy amables conmigo, yo no hablo mucho inglés, anteriormente me atendía una recepcionista que hablaba bien el español y eso para mí era muy bueno, en mis últimas citas ha sido una chica que sólo habla inglés pero siempre trata de atenderme y entenderme, a pesar de que mi inglés es malo en realidad. Así que no tengo más que buenos comentarios en cuanto la atención de la recepción y también del dentista. Mis 3 niños siempre están emocionados por ir a su cita dental

La resesionista no tiene buen caracter de recibir clientes

My kids have been going to this dentist for years, but ever since COVID, they no longer allow me to go back with my son during his appointments. What concerns me is that almost every time he comes out, he ends up sick afterward—either with mouth sores or a fever. This has happened multiple times, and as a parent, it’s worrying not being able to see what’s happening during the visit. I hope the office can review their procedures and cleanliness so families can feel confident and safe.

my kids have been coming here for a few years now and they enjoy it, especially the activities they can enjoy in the waiting room and the toy machine they get to retrieve a toy from after every visit. It is super clean and in such a safe area. My kids love it here and so do I. I live in 30-35 minutes and have no problem making the drive just to bring my kids here for their check ups. I would highly recommend.

Dr. G and the hygienist were awesome! They filled cavities on my son and made it such a great experience. They talked him through it and made him feel safe. Thank you!

Absolutely love this dental clinic for my children. The front desk receptionist is always so friendly and calls me ahead of time when my kids are due to make sure we schedule a time that will work for us. Dental assistants are always so friendly and help keep my kids at ease. Dr. G is so sweet and works so efficiently to keep my kiddos mouth beautiful and healthy.

FYI they won't let you go inside with your child (due to Covid-19). I completely understand policy, but when I brought up my concern to the front desk woman called Claudia, she said " I f you don't like it just go elsewhere". Instead of easing my concerns, she was completely rude, and talking to me like my worries were stupid. I let my kids to continue with the appointment because they were excited to get their surprise bag, but I couldn't help thinking if this is how they treat an adult that can speak for themselves, just can't imagine how they treat little kids back there. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
