Dr Shih and her staff are great. This is a very efficient office. Dr. Shih always tells me what everything will cost and lets me decide what I want to do. I have never had anything left unexplained. One time I had accidentally scheduled an appointment too soon for my insurance. Dr. Shih called me and rebooked the appointment so that it would be covered. I have not had the same experience at other DDS. I highly recommend this office.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Shih at Pure Dental Care. I came in with two broken teeth and was honestly terrified, but she got me in the same day and fixed everything beautifully. The whole process was quick, painless, and she explained every step in a way that made me feel completely comfortable. What really stood out was how she worked around my busy work schedule without making me feel rushed at all. The staff was warm and professional, and the office itself is super clean and calming. I’m so grateful for the care I received — Dr. Shih has definitely become my go-to dentist.

Great experience here. Dr Shih did my filling really carefully but also very efficiently, which I really appreciated. They also followed up afterwards, which made me feel well cared for. Overall, it’s a very trustworthy clinic and I feel comfortable coming back.

Dr Shih was incredibly kind and patient throughout my procedure. She does a great job of explaining and keeping you calm, while swiftly doing her work well. Despite having a large number of cavities, she completed it all in one session with speed and ease. Highly recommend for people who get anxious at the dentist, like myself.

Dr. Shih is very thorough and quick in her work. She always leaves my teeth so shiny and clean and is very honest about where I can improve in my dental health.
