Invisalign refitting done. Dental assistant Chloe is great! Explained every step she was doing and checking in with me. Professional and excellent bedside manner. Reminded Dr. that I had another appt to go to and didn't want to go past the predicted 40min appt. My appt finished within 50 minutes and just made in time for my appt. Front desk staff is always friendly and responsive. I don't know how they remember things about their patients. I don't see them often and they asks about things I spoke to them months ago. I swear they have notes on their patients.

Just had my first intake appointment. The X-Ray tech was kind and patient with me. Shilo my hygienist for the last 5 years is the reason I chose Optimal Dental after she switched practices. Shes always amazing and patient with me and my TMJ struggles! And Dr. Owens was kind, she had already reviewed my history and joined us with some ideas for next steps and she listened to me! Overall 10 stars would recommend!!!

Love the Optimal Dental Team! Friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and they don’t try to push you into unnecessary work. Plus they give back to the community.

In many years as a customer I’ve never felt any kind of ‘upsell’ pressure. The dentists and hygienists have always been interested in me and whatever has been going around on (or not!!). They are always professional. Inexpensive? Certainly not. But I doubt that any good one is .

Always a best experience one can have at the dentist! Entire staff is professional, nice, and accommodating. Jen did a great job! Lucky to have ya’ll!

Shilo, my dental hygienist is fantastic! I moved to this practice because of her. I’ve been going to her for years. I met the dentist and they were also lovely. Great calming space and Shilo is thorough, efficient, and has the lightest touch!

As a newer patient I had a thorough check up and cleaning. They took computerized X-rays of each tooth , a computerized image of my whole mouth and bite. They discussed the results with options and listened to my thoughts and questions. Having had the same dentist for 40-years I was hesitant to see someone else but I am very confident in my new provider.
