I had a wonderful experience at this clinic today. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which immediately helped ease my nerves. I have a strong gag reflex and quite a bit of dental anxiety, but Dr. Smrudhi was exceptional. She was incredibly compassionate, patient, and gentle throughout the entire visit. She used modern equipment and smart techniques that helped my gag reflex settle down quickly, and she kept me comfortably distracted while doing very thorough work on my teeth. I truly appreciated how she explained each step, checked in on me constantly, and made sure I felt at ease. I’ve never felt this comfortable in a dental chair before — her approach and bedside manner are genuinely impressive. The clinic itself is very well-maintained, clean, and feels calming. Her assistant and the front desk staff were also amazing — very polite, supportive, and proactive. They took care of my insurance details without me even having to ask, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my visit and highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety or gag reflex issues. Dr. Smrudhi and her team are truly fantastic!

I can't say enough positive things about this dentist. I experienced a challenging period of time in my life and my dental health suffered. It had probably been around 5 years since I'd seen a dentist. 3 days ago, I decided it's time to take back control of my dental health and made an appointment. I made the appointment for the next day (unheard of) and within two days of visits, she had addressed every concern I had and more with kindness and endless patience. She was very friendly, kind, and welcoming, even having to deal with all the issues I have been putting off for years. She even rounded off some chipped teeth I had from years of grinding!! She made it all feel so much less scary and I am incredibly, incredibly grateful. I will absolutely be back (I already have further appointments scheduled) and will be recommending her to anyone I know seeking dental treatment.

This is by far the most amazing experience I’ve had with any dentist. I am someone that struggles deeply with dental anxiety and I have a variety of dental issues that have made it nearly impossible for me to visit a dentist and not cry, but that changed instantly after I started coming to Diamond Dental Studio. Now, while still nervous, I can say I’m almost excited and giddy to come in. Maria at the front desk is exceptional and so unbelievably welcoming, she eased my nerves so expertly with her sense of humor and warmth. She explained everything about my plan and the transparency was admirable. As for Dr. Nakhwa, she is an absolute artist, she maneuvers the instruments with such grace and each procedure is completely pain free. I commute for approximately two hours total each time to come here because it is simply so worth it, and if I ever were to move, catching a flight to get my dental work done here would be an easy decision to make. Absolutely wonderful people and 10/10 work.

I did a dental cleaning here and had a great experience. It’s a relatively new space, so everything is spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. And the office is quiet and not crowded. For example, the X-ray process was incredibly easy and comfortable (like taking a picture), better than the equipment I’ve experienced at my previous dental provider. The front desk staff is super friendly, and so is the dentist. Unlike my previous provider where assistants did most of the work, the doctor here is very hands-on and performed the entire cleaning herself. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and explained the rationale behind her recommendations in great detail. I never felt rushed.

From the moment I walked into the clinic until I left, the service was excellent. Dr Sam was very kind and clear in explaining the benefits of my insurance and the treatment plan. Her dental assistant was brilliant too. I feel reassured and happy to have a trusted dentist and to be able to return for further treatment 🙂

Fantastic experience as a new patient! When my current dentist’s practice got bought out by corporate and the quality declined, I was in search of a new dentist. Diamond Dental Studio of Redmond came highly recommended and lived up to expectations and more! We don’t use dental plans so they have a cash pay membership option that includes everything we need. Dr. Nakhwa and her staff were fantastic - super thorough, friendly and communicative. The office is really nice as well! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high quality dental care!

Dr. Samrudhi is incredibly patient, empathetic, and thorough. She took the time to walk me through every step, answered all my questions without ever rushing, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. She also went above and beyond by clearly explaining insurance and coverage options, and thoughtfully suggesting what would work best for my specific needs and insurance plan — something I truly appreciated and don’t often experience in healthcare. The entire staff is equally kind, professional, and supportive, creating a warm and welcoming environment from start to finish. As a thoughtful bonus, they even have TV screens on the ceiling so you can enjoy a show and distract yourself during procedures — a small detail that makes a big difference. Highly recommend Dr. Samrudhi and her team to anyone looking for compassionate, patient-centered care.
