My husband and I both went to this clinic recently and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sara is really patient and understanding, and she took her time explaining everything and made sure we were feeling comfortable. Definitely recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist who’s professional and genuinely caring!

I don’t know how to thank Dr. Sara and Dr. Yeom. They truly saved me from losing all my teeth. I had a severe gum infection that caused bone loss in multiple teeth and left me in intense pain. Before meeting Dr. Yeom, I had consulted other clinics, and they all told me that I would need to remove all my teeth and get dentures, which would have cost around $50,000 and meant living with artificial teeth for the rest of my life. Then I visited Dr. Sara. She carefully evaluated my condition and advised me not to go for full tooth removal. She immediately referred me to Dr. Yeom—and that’s when everything changed. Dr. Yeom diagnosed my condition thoroughly and explained that only the severely affected teeth needed to be removed. She treated the rest with great care, and I ended up needing only four dental implants instead of losing all my teeth. Today, I have healthy teeth and my smile back. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Yeom for her expertise, support, and the excellent care she provided throughout my treatment. Dr. Sara continues to take great care of my dental health and always ensures everything is in good condition. The overall care and hospitality at the clinic are outstanding. I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

Dr. Sara is highly experienced. I’ve been going to her clinic for the past five years and actually enjoy my dental appointments now. Earlier, I used to be scared because other dentists treated me roughly and poked me with needles without explaining what they were doing. During annual checkups, they never took the time to explain why or what procedures were being done. With Dr. Sara, it’s completely different. She and her staff are knowledgeable and caring. They always explain each step before starting and let me know what to expect and how I might feel during the procedure. Dr. Sara is very gentle and sensitive when working in my mouth, which makes a huge difference. My whole family loves going to her for dental care. Dr. Sara knows about history of our teeth and as she starts working she explains how they are doing now compared to last year. Incase if we need any treatment she gives us options on what need to be done and how much it will cost. Guiding us on each step in a professional way, not rushing us. The new clinic location is beautiful — it’s a modern building equipped with the latest tools, clean and spacious rooms, and TVs for kids in every room. There’s also easy parking available. I highly recommend Dr. Sara for patients of all ages!

Redmond Location on Cleveland Street I truly appreciate the successful outcome of my procedure, especially since mine turned out to be somewhat unique and longer than expected. The office staff are friendly and welcoming, and the overall environment feels clean, modern, and professionally run. Dr. Sara & Front desk person Karina are very nice & professional, and the reason for 3 stars. During the procedure, there were several exchanges between the dentist Dr. Heyri Yeom and her assistant in another language. She was also very abrasive in her speech & tone. At one point her assistant even chuckled. When I asked what was going on, she said " oh we are talking about another patient" very unprofessional. I fully respect multilingual communication, but when a procedure is extended and a patient is awake and nervous, consistent communication in English helps patients feel more comfortable and included. She also left a cut that is now very painful in the corner of my mouth, due to pressing hard with her instruments during the procedure. For my follow up I will request Dr.Sara. I will not be recommending Dr. Yeom to anyone. I share this as constructive feedback to help enhance the overall patient experience.

Great experience at Tru Dental. Karina at front desk was super nice and polite. Had two tooth extracted Dr Sara and Dr Heyri was very nice and knowledgeable..They don’t upsell unnecessary add ons like other dentists in the area. Thanks again for everything!!!

Dr Sara has been our family dentist for about 4-5 years. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her work, and she gives insightful advice on proactively taking care of our dental health. Dr Sara is exceptionally polite, provides high-quality treatment, and focuses on the early detection and prevention of issues. Another good thing about Dr. Sara is that she has had excellent contact with specialists, which was invaluable for my root canal treatment and my son's baby teeth development issues. Her staff is very knowledgeable, provides detailed information about the treatment, and is very flexible in managing appointments. I highly recommend Dr Sara's office to anyone, especially families who are looking for primary dentists.
