Redmond Way Dentistry

I had one of the best dentist appointments I’ve ever experienced today at Redmond Way Dentistry! I am new to the area and stumbled across this office, and I am so happy I did. I haven’t been to the dentist in much longer than I care to admit, but I didn’t feel any sort of judgment, and I was taken care of from the second I walked in the door until I left. The staff are so amazing and I had really thorough service. Really looking forward to having this be my regular dentist office!

Dr Mei and the staff here at Redmond Way Dentistry are amazing!! She’s very attentive and takes time to explain what she’s doing and what to expect — which is very helpful for someone like me who can get a little anxious at the dentist. I can’t recommend her enough 🙂 truly had such a positive experience with her for both an annual clean and cavity filling.

I couldn’t reccomend a more perfect place to get your teeth cleaned. Everyone is very warm and welcoming here, and the hygienists do a fantastic job of keeping your teeth and gums clean and healthy. The doctors here do an excellent job of giving reccomendations of how to keep your teeth and gums healthy, and are encouraging if they already in great condition. Ultimately, the tips and suggestions from this dentistry will go a long way in maintaining exceptional oral hygiene and keeping you healthy in the long run.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mei and her team at Redmond Way Dentistry. She saw me during an incredibly busy day and took the time to treat a very painful abscess, which brought me huge relief. I’m truly grateful for her care and kindness. From my very first visit, the entire team made me feel comfortable and respected. I’ve had difficult dental experiences in the past and often feel anxious and self-conscious at the dentist, worried about being judged. This was completely different. Everyone was warm, compassionate, and made me feel genuinely at ease. Thank you, Dr. Mei and team, for your professionalism, empathy, and for taking my pain seriously. It meant more than I can say ❤️🙏

This was my first time visiting a dentist where they did not show me which tooth had a cavity or explain how the procedure would be done. Usually, dentists show photos before and after treatment, but here there was very little transparency. I had no clear understanding of what was being done. After the filling, the surface felt very rough and uncomfortable. I mentioned it, and they polished it again, but it still feels uneven and scratchy.

This was my third visit and I’m really grateful to Dr Prasanna and the team here. They listen and they don’t judge, and they do excellent work. Dr Prasanna makes me feel very at ease and so welcome. They are quite busy though.

I had to switch away from here due to insurance changes, but two bad dental offices later I have come back here to say thay these guys do a great job, don't try to upsell anything, and geniunely care about your health and what you can afford. I wish I could still go here. Go if you can!
