Going to redmond Smiles and family dentistry for years. I personally like Dr Anwar and highly satisfied with his treatment. They are very straight forward with the price upfront either your insurance will cover or not and if it does they will let you know before the treatment to set expectations. There office is clean and the helpers are nice too. I had a great experience with Katrina which is so helpful. Thank you Dr Anwar and Katrina for you help year over year. 🙂

Receptionists are amazing — super friendly and helpful. But the dentist experience wasn’t great at all. I only had a small front tooth chip fixed, but since it’s visible, I really wanted it to look natural, smooth and comfortable. I can felt dentist she was so rush and not so care my case, I had to ask few times to get the surface adjusted otherwise, she wanted to leave and call it done. Even though, I left with sadness because it’s still below my expectation, yes my chip was fixed but it’s not as comfortable and smooth as before, when I got home, I can tell this front tooth is longer than my regular teeth. Also, her handling felt pretty rough and not gentle, there was a point I thought she went too deep when was shaping. Very disappointed as a new patient. Only receptionists deserving 5 stars. Update: 1 star to 4. I really appreciate they offer me another doctor, Dr.Chen, to do adjustments!! She did such a great job, all these miner adjustments make HUGE difference. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing team and doctors. Would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done, especially in an emergency. Dr. Anwar is a brilliant, a compassionate, and a caring professional who went out of his way to help us in an emergency. Cannot thank him or his staff enough. Just know that you all make a difference in people’s life.

As someone who has struggled with cavities for years, I highly recommend this clinic. It’s the kind of place I’m willing to drive three hours from Vancouver just to get my dental treatment. Dr. Lee’s exceptional skills greatly minimized the pain during treatment, and he is genuinely warm and patient. I’ve had a tooth extracted in Canada before, and I’m normally very averse to extractions. When I shared my concerns with him, he did everything possible to save a tooth that had basically been "doomed" back in Canada. I haven’t felt my teeth this good in years: no food getting stuck, no bleeding when brushing. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Lee, and also to the front desk team—every time they make sure to schedule me at the times I need and take care of me so thoughtfully.

I had my first annual exam at Redmond Smiles Family & Implant Dentistry yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The dentist was extremely thorough, explaining every detail about each tooth and answering all my questions with great patience. I felt well cared for and confident in their expertise. The reception staff was also exceptionally polite and welcoming, making the entire visit comfortable and pleasant.
