Absolutely outstanding cleaning with my hygienist today. She is incredibly skilled, thorough, and gentle — easily the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. The entire team is top-notch, friendly, and clearly cares about their patients. I left feeling fantastic about my teeth and oral health. This office is a 10/10 — highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent care!

We have attended this location for more than five years. We are very happy. The staff is always polite and friendly, and the office welcoming and comfortable. Dr Stonebraker has a very calming nature, which is great for ND kids or nervous adults.

I had a rough time finding a good dentist in the area after first experiencing my insurance not covering my dentist, and then a couple of different dentists who retired with, not great substitutes, or moved their locations somewhere less convenient where I didn't want to round-trip it 45 minutes each way to my dentist. My husband and I both moved over to Redmond Signature Dentistry, and have had a great experience for being general twice-a-year to the dentist people without any major tooth/dental concerns. I have not felt like Redmond Signature is trying to upsell me on anything (a weird phenomenon that seems to be hitting dentist these days). They're open and honestly about things like, a couple older fillings their keeping an eye on, or with offering fluoride treatment and noting that my insurance doesn't cover it, but how much it would be to do it out-of-pocket if I wanted to. Everything has seemed honest, above-board, and professional. They're on-time with appointments. And just overall, happy with the service.

The patient care at Redmond Signature Dentistry is unlike any I’ve had before. Instead of dreading going to the dentist, I look forward to seeing the wonderful, caring Doctors and staff. They work to make your procedure as comfortable as possible and help you feel like you have control over your oral health.

My wife visited this dentistry for check-up and wisdom tooth removal. The check-up went fine, the doctors are courteous and good. But they recommended aggressive periodontal treatment and charged 2000+ (estimate was 200) for it. They do not do pre-authorization with insurance (Premera blue cross) so the final bill can be anything. The front staff was rude and never explained the treatment plan or costs. The lack of transparency and sheer rude behavior from front staff was enough for us to look for another dentist. I hope the owners train the front staff better.

Very disappointing experience with Redmond Signature Dentistry. The office changed my wife’s original appointment due to their own scheduling conflict. Unfortunately, she was unable to attend the newly assigned time because of other commitments, so she requested to reschedule. Despite the fact that the original change came from their side, they still charged us a $100 cancellation fee. When my wife called politely to ask if the fee could be reconsidered under the circumstances, the staff was rude, dismissive, and told us we could go elsewhere. The issue isn’t just the money, it’s the poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Because of how this was handled, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I travel around the country a lot for my husbands work, which means I meet a lot of dentists because we’re good about getting our teeth checked every 6 months regardless of where we are. This practice is probably the best one I’ve been too. Beautiful facility, very friendly staff, and most importantly a thorough exam and cleaning. They took their time going over my X-rays with me and cleaning my teeth. I so appreciate this! Some places like to hurry you in and out in 30 minutes or less. Not this place! I left feeling confident my teeth were sparkly clean. I even scheduled my husband an appointment while I was there. And I’ll probably schedule my baby one too! Thank you Dr Jeff and Iris!
