I am so glad I found this practice on Reddit after another dentist in Redmond tried to over sell me on treatment I don’t need (root canal and crown!) both Dr. Navid And Dr. Sipola have the best bed side manner, where they will patiently explain why and what they are doing, and frequently suggests "let’s wait it out first", On thing that may not progress, like minor fractures. I had a filling done due to fracture about 2 months ago, and it’s still sensitive after 2 months. I was in for cleaning, mentioned it to the hygienist, and Dr. Sipola promptly came in and took a look, and made filling adjustment on the spot. I am sure at most other places, they will ask me to set another appointment to get it adjusted, they really mean it when they have the word "family" as part of their practices name.

A 10/10 fantastic experience. As someone who used to have anxiety going to the dentist, Stefiena has forever changed my outlook about going in the future! From her professionalism, to her kind hearted and outgoing personality, Stefiena gave me the best dental cleaning I have ever experienced. She provided a painless yet thorough dental cleaning, leaving me amazed and extremely happy with the outcome. I cannot recommend this place and the amazing group of staff enough!

Before my most recent visit, my tooth felt completely fine. I only agreed to the filling because the doctor insisted on it during my previous visit. After the filling, my bite became uneven, the tooth became sensitive, and my lower teeth feel a lot of pressure every time I close my mouth. I tried to come back the next day (Friday) to fix the uneven filling, but they told me the earliest they could see me was the following Wednesday because the doctor only works on Wednesday and Thursday. Now I have to live with an uncomfortable bite for six days. During the procedure, the dentist seemed to be in a hurry to finish before the end of the day. When I tried to ask questions, the responses felt impatient. They also gave me so much anesthesia that even nine hours after the appointment, my lip still had no sensation. And now that I think about it, they have repeatedly suggested that I get fillings over the years — much more frequently than any other dentist I’ve ever seen. Overall, I walked into the clinic feeling perfectly great, but walked out with new issues that didn’t exist before and couldn’t be addressed quickly. If you’re reading this review and decide to avoid this clinic — then congratulations you just dodged a bullet.

Dr. Navid is my dentist for almost 2 years now. He is exceptionally caring and meticulous. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure you're comfortable and informed. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help.

Have had 1 cleaning and 3 fillings done so far (2 preventative and 1 old one fixed). Awesome experience throughout! Dr. Sipola is thorough, patient, and punctual. I especially like that they don’t push treatment on you - The filling that needed fixing had partially chipped away, creating a cavity underneath - it was deep enough that it may have needed a root canal and a new crown, but she made sure that we’re able to save the tooth and resolved by installing a medicated filling which worked for my particular case. Will be going here as long as I’m in the area.
