Redmond Dental Center

As a patient with the previous dentist in the practice, I have been very pleased with the transition to the new dentist, Dr. Lim. He is careful and meticulous, and really takes his time to do things right. Very kind, with a professional manner, Dr. Lim listens well, and makes sure I’m well informed and comfortable. The office staff has been very good, and all the techs I’ve met with have been skilled and professional. Dedicated parking is great in downtown Redmond, and it’s very conveniently located. I’ve had crowns, fillings and cleanings so far, and I’ve been happy with it all!

Excellent care from Dr. Lim and his staff when I had a crown procedure done here in 2025. Dr. McCoy was my previous dentist and he was excellent as well, so I was sure he would choose someone as capable and kind as he was. That has certainly been the case, so I would definitely recommend.

Super super friendly staff. Hands down the coziest clinic I’ve been to and they explained everyyyyyyy single thing to me so I knew exactly what was going on which is a first. Got a referral for oral surgeon that I will be going to for my wisdom teeth removal. Would recommend 🙂

Changing my review to one star after receiving a surprise bill. No one told me any of the services I got were only partially covered by my insurance, or how much they would cost, or even asked if I wanted them. Really disappointed in this backhanded way of taking your money. Also, they give out Starbucks gift cards if you leave a review so I’d take whatever you read here with a grain of salt. Previous: Great experience, Theresa and Dr Lim were both very friendly and competent and explained everything very clearly.

Have been going to this office for over 30 years. The new Dentist Dr. Lim is great and recommend highly. Would recommend anyone looking for a dentist in the area to go here. Have family and friends who tell me horror stories of dentists and have never experienced anything like that here.

I was concerned when I heard Dr. McCoy was retiring. But Dr. Lim is great. And everyone on the team is so good too. Gentle cleanings so appreciated. And everyone is so friendly.
