I have quite a bit of dental anxiety but was put at ease by Dr. Hartwick and his staff right away. Special x-rays were taken and it was determined I did not need a root canal as the tooth was fractured and was not salvagable. While not thrilled about needing it removed, I was happy to have not endured or paid the expense of a procedure I didn't need. His office also bills our insurance which is much appreciated!
The staff at Dr. Hartwick’s office is genuinely friendly and communicates excellently. Dr. Hardwick’s care at my dental visit was exceptional! Using his knowledge and experience, he expertly determined through clever, testing the root of my problem and addressed it. Nothing was painful. Nothing was complicated. No further appointments necessary. He has honest to goodness craftsmanship with an equally valuable sense of humor!
I went in facing a possible Root Canal. I was extremely nervous, but the people in the front office and in the back are kind and amazing. Dr. Hartwick came in and shook my hand, which was a first. Dr.Hartwick is a very nice person, and if I need anything I will definitely call his office. Thank you

Dr. Hartwick and Staff are remarkable! Dr. thoroughly explains the procedure in dentistry and lay language; for my first root canal, I felt comfortable. Dottie is the Best right-hand woman in procedure. Lindsey is a competent and friendly front door office person to start the process.
Dr Hartwick has a great bedside manner and takes the time to throughly explain every detail showing 3-D X-ray pictures and formulating the best plan of treatment that suits your needs. Staff is super friendly and the office is clean and comfortable.
Dr and staff very friendly and compassionate. Having dental work can cause some anxiety, they kept me at ease. No pain was great since having a root canal done. Highly recommend
