I have a mouthful os woe, and A Plant Dental has been magnificent, compassionate, and patience, in providing me excellent care. State of the art equipment, and on top of adanced treatment techniques, they've really really helped me. My husband also goes to A Plant Dental, and is always pleased with their care. Got an implant done years ago. Today it needed a small repair and they took good care of me and treated me great and fair. Really good price on implants. Highly recommend.

Almost ten years ago, my husband had major dental work at A plant dental. Dr Kim and his wife were so friendly. We hope to go back there soon.

I got recommended here by my general dentist and it was the biggest mistake coming here. I came here for an implant and they didn’t listen to my concerns at my visit. I advised I need to sit up when taking the mold of my teeth or I will gag and choke if I’m laying down. They completely ignored me, and the inevitable happened. Flash forward to when it was time to place the crown, they failed to tell me the timeline of coming back in 2 weeks after the mold being taken (which is an extra pain because I live out of state now), and they didn’t seem to care about anything I had to say. Flash forward six months later after they placed the crown, and My general dentist expressed concern that the implant and crown were causing problems in my gums and a bacterial infection was present. I called Dr. Kim‘s office and was immediately met with defensiveness and trying to place the blame on myself or calling the new dentist, a liar. Dr. Kim was very defensive and I was trying to make him understand we weren’t saying anything was his fault but it needed to be replaced. He was refusing to honor the warranty unless I traveled from 9 hours away to get it fixed at his office. I expressed my concern because there has been problems with his office in the past and it was an ongoing fight for three months. Dr Kim still has not taken responsibility for his actions and the receptionist’s actions (who said "the implant has lasted 6 months so it’s not our fault"). I was able to file a complaint with my insurance company and get my money back because Dr. Kim was not willing to work with me I wish it never came to this, but people should know how sleazy this office is. I look forward to never communicating with this office again.
