I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time because Dr. Shafik truly deserves it. From the moment you walk into St. Mary’s Dentistry, you’re treated with warmth and kindness—but what really stands out is Dr. Shafik herself. Every time I see her, she makes me feel like family. That’s not something you come across often in healthcare. She is attentive, gentle, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I’m comfortable. You never feel rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule. Going to the dentist isn’t something most people look forward to, but with Dr. Shafik, it’s a completely different experience. I actually feel at ease knowing I’m in such good hands. I’m very grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist.

Have been a patient over 10 years and I can only go Saturdays because of work. Had an appointment scheduled since last year for January 3 and they called me that they would be closed. Fine, I understand is new year. Then gave me an appontment for April 4th, and then text me that it is also closed, they have to change it to May 30th. Then texted me again that they are also closed February 14th when my son has an appointment. I love Dr. Shafik but I have to find another place that actually has a staff that knows what they are doing. The staff is very unapologetic and I guess they are happy to see patients go. They are a mess to set up an appointment but very happy to cancel them. I wish Dr. Shafik the best and I want to thank her for the years she took care of me and my family's dental health.

First time going to a dentist in over ten years. Had the first half of my mouth deep cleaned today and everything went great. Great staff and it went much quicker than I was expecting. Much better experience than my old dentist who made me dread going back. After today that is no longer the case, really glad I decided to go with St Marys!

I had a wonderful experience at St. Mary’s Family Dentistry. Natasha did an excellent job with my cleaning, she was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. Carlie took my radiographs and was efficient, kind, and very professional. Dr. Shafik completed my exam and was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team was welcoming and made the visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this office for great care and a truly pleasant dental experience.

I had a phone call with Ana 🏆🌟💐the receptionist at Saint Mary dentistry today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. Her friendly and professional attitude made the conversation easy and reassuring. Ana provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciated her help.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about St. Mary’s Dentistry! Dr. Sharfik is truly exceptional—her and the team's skill, kindness, and genuine care make every visit a positive experience. They all are patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. What really stood out is the warm, welcoming atmosphere from the entire staff. If feels less like a dental office and more like being part of one big family. I’m grateful to have found a practice that combines professionalism with such heartfelt care.
