I cannot recommend Quincy Family Orthodontics enough! From the start, the doctor sits down for a one-on-one discussion to explain the entire process clearly to the whole family. He is incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and so wonderful with children. Kristen was equally amazing, walking me through a very reasonable payment plan and getting my daughter’s braces scheduled right away. Even during the recent insurance system outages, she fought tirelessly to handle prior authorizations for us. While any practice can have phone line issues, the 'beautiful' staff here is exceptionally responsive. Every time I leave a message, I get an immediate call back, and they patiently answer every single one of my million questions! I actually live just two minutes away from a major orthodontic office, but I happily drive 15 minutes to come here for the top-tier service and that genuine family feel. If you want a team that is attentive, kind, and honest, this is the place! My daughter is getting her braces in 2 weeks and already they are family!! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM IN QUINCY!!!

10/10 experience. Clean and stylish space, warm and friendly staff. Dr. Kofos is the best - incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and really cares about his patients. Appointments aren’t rushed and I felt completely confident in the care plan he laid out. Highly recommend!

I rate this 5 stars because nice people look like they know what they are doing.Also they have very good service there. The people who work there explain how things work really well. I also rate this 5 stars because I see other places, and this place is one of the best places I seen. All the workers know what they are doing and uses simple works so me and my family can understand what is wrong. They also use a model so I can have a better perspective of what is wrong.

I’ve been taking my son here for awhile now for his braces treatment & they are so good! Dr Kofos is so good with kids! Not to mention the office is so helpful with last minute changes, trying to squeeze you in and get something fixed. Very happy with my experience here

Our experience has been exceptional from the moment we first walked through the door. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the office itself is absolutely beautiful—I was in awe the first time I saw it. Even the restroom was the cleanest I’ve ever seen anywhere. Throughout our visits, the team spoke with genuine enthusiasm and expertise, making it clear they truly enjoy what they do. I can’t recommend this orthodontics office enough!

Dr. Kofos and his entire staff are the BEST! They really do go above and beyond to assure you're comfortable and actually informed about your treatment so you understand - not just seen and rescheduled for visit after visit. Highly recommend!
