Timber Dental

Timber dental is the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Dar is incredibly kind and helpful and my hygienist Jamie as well as Raina were so nice and helpful. I am so thankful we have this office in Portland! Some things I really like about the office are that it's really clean, they offer payment plans, and the services are usually really fast. I have some dental anxiety and they have made me feel really safe and cared for. Couldn't recommend this office more!

I was visiting from out of town and broke a crown. They got me in quickly and were able to fix it. The front desk staff Sarah was helpful and reassuring and the hygienist and dentist were friendly and gentle. All in all a great experience considering no one wants to need a dentist in a city that’s unfamiliar, so very grateful! Highly recommend

Great experience. Every single person on staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. My teeth feel great after the cleaning, and I left confident in my care plan moving forward. Also I appreciated the bright atmosphere and clean decor in the clinic.

First time coming here, it was easy to set up my appointment and do all the paper work / insurance information ahead of time. I was taken back quickly, Oliva(?) I think that was her name? Explained everything well and was very personable. The Dr was great too and helped me better understand some jaw issues I’ve been having.

I do not recommend this location for cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry. While I was initially grateful that this clinic accepted me as a last-minute appointment, I am highly disappointed with the final result and the advice I received. The filling on my front tooth was completely mismatched in color and transparency, making it highly visible every time I smiled. When I returned to address the issue, Dr. Garcia informed me that matching the natural look of a front tooth is technologically impossible in this clinic and even in Oregon at all. Since then, I have visited a different dental office where they resolved the issue easily. The contrast between the two results is night and day. Functionally, the tooth was repaired, but the cosmetic execution was deeply flawed.

I am so scared of the dentist and never feel like I’m getting the experience I should. I am so amazed by my experience at Timber Dental!! The most thorough consultation I’ve ever had and I felt so listened to. Special shout out to Dr. Eid who was so incredible! The hygienist that helped me was Heidi and she was incredible! And the person at the front desk, Rei, was so kind and helpful and explained everything I needed to successfully check out and get my follow up’s scheduled. Seriously can’t recommend this dentist office enough.

I wouldn’t trust all those good reviews. I’m honestly too exhausted to even write my full experience but: 1. One appointment was canceled 1 hour after I showed up. If I hadn’t asked, they would’ve let me sit for HOURS. They charged me for a retainer they hadn’t made yet, and when they did make it, it fit poorly. They promised a refund and then stopped answering to the point where I had to get my bank involved. 2. They installed a crown and chipped the adjacent tooth and have been claiming they "can’t see" the VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE chip. So I guess if you like paying $2k for them to damage your other teeth, this is your place 3. The crown itself is nice in color, but they don’t do that part. The installation is awful. Rattles, causes constant pain, and overall doesn’t "fit" in my mouth. Will this review make anyone take action or does this office only care about the 5 star review (probably incentivized)?
