Great Dentist and Hygienist staff. Even the lady at the desk was super sweet!! I was very pleased with the relaxed and welcoming environment of personal, start to finish. Dr. Kim listened as well as educated, I left feeling very heard. Would definitely recommend.

I was a patient here for several years. However the recent staff turn over has been terrible. Dr. Kim doesn’t read charts, has terrible bedside manner, and apparently this office’s late policy is a one way street. They moved my appointment a hour later the night before, and then despite me clearly communicating I had a limited availability with our babysitter the already pushed appointment still started a half hour late. Dr. Kim ignored notes in my file, made fun of me for being teary eyed, and I left shaking and holding back tears. I will not return here again. Shout out to Nicole though she was very professional and kind when I blubbered through explaining my negative experience here. The staff all need more training on basic patient care.

I would send anyone I care about to this Dental office. The entire place was kind and caring of my needs and requests. I’m happy to say I found my new dentist. 😁

We moved dentist offices for my daughter and we are so glad we did. The staff is very assuring and friendly. They made my 6 year old feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommended children’s dentist. 🦷

I had a lot of anxiety - it had been years since I was able to visit a dentist due to insurance issues and having horrible experiences with the dental offices actually covered by Care Oregon. I finally chose to pay out of pocket to ensure good care. I am so glad that Roots was suggested to me. This team at Roots Dental was so kind and generous - the hygienists and dentists were so gentle, patient, thorough, and explained everything so clearly. The receptionist was so helpful, kindly going through all the paperwork it took for me to be there as a Care Oregon patient choosing to pay out of pocket. Just so happily surprised by this level of care and service after so many years of worry around my oral health. I feel I have found a safe space with people who have my health and wellbeing at heart. Will be utilizing their membership program so I never have to go without proper and consistent oral care again.

Literally, the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff are legitimately friendly and patient. Each member goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and understood. The care itself is exemplary. I was amazed at how much time they took and how meticulous they were with my cleaning. I really can't recommend this place enough. Would give 6 stars if I could!

This is the best dental office in the business. Shayla gave me a pain-free cleaning, Cameo is so helpful and friendly, it feels like visiting a friend's house when I go. I truly appreciate the staff being so caring. You set the standards of what a visit should be.
