Powell Valley Dental/ Ryan Carpenter DMD

My dad knew Ryan and was going here so I started to years ago. Highly recommend. Great people and great care! Even though I moved to Tualatin, I will continue making the drive out here for a long as possible.

I really liked this dental office. My husband especially really liked Dr. Ryan. Unfortunately my husband fell I'll after leaving his job for us to start our own company. Ultimately he ended up on life support & passed away in May leaving myself a 41 year old window with 2 small children & no savings cause we invested everything to start a company that will now never be. Despite mine & my childrens tremendous loss & me trying not to lose our home we worked so hard for while my children & I grieve the loss of my 42 year old husband of 21 years, Powell Valley wasted no time to come after me for a $314 dental bill plus court fees & have a lien put against my property. Dental care, great.. Compassion -0 All they had to do was give me a little more time to get on my feet. They wasted none!

Dr. Carpenter is a great. He saw us during off-hours on extremely short notice to help my pregnant wife with pain she was experiencing due to an abscessed tooth. We cannot thank him enough. Do yourself a favor and go see him. Highly recommended.

Dr. Carpenter is the best. You can "hate" the dentist but you cant help but love Dr. C. He is all about you and your teeth, and making sure you walk away happy. Nice office, awesome staff and the kind of guy you don"t mind seeing! I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Carpenter is one of the few dentists in the Portland/ Gresham area who I trust. Definitely the most caring and intelligent person you could hope to have working on your teeth. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone searching for the best dental care available!

Dr. Ryan Carpenter is always caring and gets us in quickly. A true artist when it comes to teeth. I have followed his father and now him since 1990. The staff is always helpful and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had the best experience with Dr Ryan and I am SO GLAD I decided to go with his practice. The office staff is warm and inviting, the hygienists are as well and Dr Ryan is an outstanding professional. I came here because I'm new to Portland and recently I broke one of my back teeth and it was right around the corner. I just walked in to the office (because their website said I could!) to see when I could have my tooth looked at and I was lucky enough to have them take me in right away! I have my proper appointment scheduled for early next week, and I seriously cannot recommend this practice enough. You helped me feel more at ease with my situation and your vintage chairs are AAAAAAAAAH-mazing. Thanks for everything!
