This dentistry it's like pulling teeth! Love this place! Everyone is so sweet and kind and attentive. They seem to have mastered the art of understanding the language of grunts and hums. I never felt any stress or uncertainty other than I brought on myself, which was quickly quelled by the utmost understanding and professionalism. Coming from having been seeing a chain clinic which I refer to as the "Soviet DMV" Northwest in comparison has a quality and upscale practice from the tools to the decor. When other places had year long wait-list for surgery, they signed me right up in less than a month. I'm also thoroughly impressed by Dr. Cory (I believe) who handled my very tough case beautifully. It required a few deep breaths and affirmations, but he powered through with grace. You are seen, sir! If you're looking for high quality care form the best in town, give them a call and brush up on letting that beautiful smile shine.

The people that work here are what makes the difference. I have never been more impressed with a group of people as a whole. They know their business - gave me options, told me what to expect, dotted their i's & crossed their t's. But it was the genuine way they came across - caring, kind, professional and with compassion . So you that don't like going to the dentist I suggest you give these folks a try.. you won't regret it.

Lovely office, easy to find. Warm and wonderful, friendly and efficient. We just changed insurance, so had to move to in-network. Transition was easier than expected; couldn't ask for a nicer Dr and staff. Very gentle and thorough; took good care of my husband. We're very happy. 🤓🦷

AMAZING experience! I cannot recommend Northwest Portland Dental enough. ✨ Dr. Allert, Ashley and Shem completely defied my expectations of what a visit to the dentist should be (I've always feared going to the dentist). I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist, but they made me feel completely safe and secure from the moment I walked in. The team was patient, gentle, and incredibly understanding about my anxiety. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. What meant even more to me is how openly LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming the practice is. I felt respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. That kind of environment makes all the difference. If you’re nervous about dental visits or looking for an inclusive, compassionate dental team, this is absolutely the place to go.

Highly recommend! The dental hygienist and dentist were both super kind, friendly, and really easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and made me feel totally comfortable through the process. Every staff member made the office a welcoming environment, checkin and checkout were great experiences too. Honestly, the best dental visit I’ve ever had!

Found this dental place through my Oregon care and im so happy for that. Everyone are so helpful friendly and caring. Very clean & amazing pricing. Highly recommend
