I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kylie Simmons and her dental assistant, Ms.Inga. Dr. Kylie was extremely professional, kind, and caring throughout my appointment. She explained every step regarding my partial dentures very clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and informed during the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to keep me calm and reassured. Thank you both for the excellent care.

Rockwood Dental office is the best! I left the office across the street because of the bigotry. This office has wonderful, caring people, especially my hygienist, Jane Kaady. I’m happy to drive the little extra distance.

On Jan 26 Dr Bong carried out a tooth extraction for me. It required almost 3 hours and was rather difficult. Dr. Bong was very professional and confident. She does very excellent work. My pain level both during and after the procedure was less than I expected. She is kind, caring, and a Great Dentist. I hope that she can be "my dentist" going forward.

Dr. K is an excellent dentist. He takes his time to explain results of xrays and procedures and to answer any questions. He also is undoubtedly one of the most compassionate people in the field of dentistry.

I was extremely nervous going into my first ever cavity filling. Dr. K and Brittni were seriously amazing making me feel better about the whole process. They explained everything thoroughly, made recommendations that are in the best interest long term for the tooth, and were very attentive to any questions i had.

Impressed with Dr. Bong’s attention to my comfort and I appreciate how she carefully describes the procedure. She is kind and respectful, as are her technicians.

The care is excellent. The PATIENT EDUCATION re dentures is NON-EXISTENT, and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get this point across anywhere within the Kaiser system. All inquiries are stonewalled, including (and in particular!) through the totally non-functional and excruciating process euphemistically described as ‘Member Services’. I AM NOT HAPPY! And given Kaiser’s otherwise stellar leadership in patient education (e.g. diabetes), I am disappointed and disillusioned. AND I AM NOT GOING TO STOP PUSHING UNTIL I SEE SOME PROGRESS IN THIS AREA.
