This was the best experience ever with a very thorough and detailed, and yet gentle hygienist who definitely got everything out of the difficult cracks in my teeth. And she was also very honest and realistic, and yet not shaming about me getting back to flossing. I was very impressed with everything. The hygienist had this very professional and calm demeanor. Actually, all of my experience experiences at Kaiser have been great, but this person in particular had a special professional calming way about her. I can’t remember exactly and can’t explain it. But I was very impressed Not only with her demeanor, but with her quick and thorough scraping of my plaque.

Paul and Lynn in the denture department were absolutely incredible! They made me feel comfortable and made everything lighthearted and the visits enjoyable. They went above and beyond with listening to my concerns and my hopes. I cannot express just how grateful I am for them! Absolutely amazing people!!

I was really sorry that you moved the old dental office to a place further from where I live. a I like the staff and dentists at the new office. The only thing that I have been more used to in my life, is going to a dentist and having them do a thorough examination of the state of your gums and teeth. That hasn't happened since I came back to the Kaiser Dental Care. I don't know if this is the new way of doing things or not but I don't like it.I do have a specific issue with a receding gum. And maybe that is why they punted to focus on that vs my overall tooth/gum health. So I gave it four stars because of the distance and the lack of overall care.

Every person I met throughout my experience was thoughtful and kind. What a bonus. The dental work was excellent. And the secret ingredient was a sense of humor from the staff. Well done. I've been bragging about you to friends and family.

They are great. They took care of me really well and I want to thank Dr. Erickson, Juana and Julie (hygienists!) for their attention to detail and gentle ways!

I go here because it's Kaiser and that's the insurance I have. I am giving 5 stars with a caveat because once I'm there for an appointment, it's the best dental care I've ever received. The equipment, the people, everything about it makes me actually want to go back. Getting an appointment, though, can be frustrating. Weeks for an "urgent" situation. But in the office, after that appointment, I got appointments for fillings and cleaning a couple of days later. Still, though, best dental care ever.
