BEWARE! Brilliant smile dental, dentist Nichole has a aversion to any- complaint. She was my dentist for many years and the first time I complained that one of my front teeth was black and another one peach orange, she sent me a letter to never come back and that I was to find another dentist! Her excuse to the odd discoloration of these teeth was that while she was filling them she had to improvise while doing the filling because it was too close to a nerve! What does that have to do with anything? Also, do not have flippers made and sent to their lab! I didn't without a top front tooth for 5 months because it literally went to the lab five! Times! And it turned out terrible! Then Nichole sent me to another dentist and he told me " not to expect the flipper to look perfect because they never do!! BEWARE friends, it's a sad world when you can't tell your dentist that you're dissatisfied with their finished result!

Brilliant Smile Dentist is the best! This team never fails to get me and my daughter in quickly and with same time or back to back appointments! My daughter has been coming to them since she was a little girl and I started going after I experienced a dental emergency and another clinic I was going to didn't seem to have the time or care. Dr. Luong and Natalie had me the chair almost immediately after switching my insurance over to a plan they accepted. I had 20 year old fillings that began to expand and crack my teeth. I had to have them all removed and replaced. I no longer have silver in my mouth and have all white fillings which is what I had always wanted. They have always been up front with me about what they can or can't do and what can occur with the size of fillings I have. I am so grateful for the time they have put into helping me and continue to help whenever an issue arises for me. Also, with their TLC my almost 15 year old has never had a single cavity! Thank you guys for always being the best and treating us with the best care and kindness!!

I’ve been with this practice for about 9 years. I trust them and appreciate that they keep on eye on my insurance. Very professional. I’ve never had a reason to change.

Great staff, very kind. Tiny errors happen but if you bring it to their attention they are quick to fix. They accept OHP. Previous dentist really messed up a crown. Even though I had to pay full cost out of pocket they corrected it and it feels like a natural tooth. I had to pay for my last treatment with two cards on top of using my insurance. My old dentist would have thrown a fit. Brilliant Smile did not. Even though my insurance would only cover $60ish dollars of a $1000+ treatment they still filled the paperwork. Honouring my wallet as well as building a great relationship with me thank you so very much

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Luong for many years and have been very pleased with the dental services provided at her office. She’s very gentle and communicates with me about my treatments. Her receptionist and assistant are very friendly. I highly recommend Brilliant Smile Dental.

I'm a disabled veteran and have had damage done to my teeth during deployment, after I finished serving I started coming here and the dentist has been amazing. She gets the job done right and her staff are very knowledgeable. After coming here for a couple years I've had no bad interactions and the work they have done only teeth has been great!

Not a good experience, I was seated in the dental chair 45 minutes after my apt was to start, name and birth date wrong on my chart, hygienist polished my teeth and did not scale or floss them, I had to ask for a radiograph of the one tooth I had concerns about and they still didn’t take full mouth radiographs, and finally the doctor scaled my teeth, then didn’t polish them. Weird backwards work flow and poor time management meant I had a bad time, and I usually enjoy the dentist. Though they made recommendations I will not be returning to this dentist to have that work done.
