We have been patients for over a year while it was determined when braces would be the next step for my daughter. Dr. Phan never wanted to rush and offered us choices which we always felt were right for our daughter, and she also felt in control as a 12 year old just starting out this process. While the reward system is nice, I don't think my daughter sees the ROI or lack thereof to know what she could potentially earn/missing out on.
